Rachael Marie Weddings is a boutique wedding planning shop, that can help you design, plan, and execute your perfect day! I work closely with each of my couples to create a personalized approach that is tailored to their unique wedding vision. Because I am a one-woman shop, and due to the bespoke nature of my work, I plan a limited number of weddings per year. ​ Although I'm based out of Denver, CO, I'm happy to travel to your wedding location, whether that be in our beautiful state, or any of the surrounding areas!

Because I’m a one-woman team, you will be working with me, and only me, and I treat each wedding as if it were my own. I’m not one of those planners that has you fill out a bridal questionnaire or client profile form; I prefer to tease out those details with my couples over video chat, phone calls, text, and in-person meetings, where we can grab coffee, talk about your wedding vision, and jot down to-do lists. You can think of me as your partner in crime throughout this process (who occasionally tells you what to do, and keeps things on track)!

    We hired Rachael for our "month of" coordinator for our wedding! While our contract was for the month leading up to and day of our wedding, Rachel was very helpful even prior to that. When I needed help finding a hair/makeup artist, she was happy to send me recommendations. I felt like Rachael really took the time to get to know me and my husband and learn about what we were looking for with our wedding. She was great in helping us make decisions for things that we didn't have strong opinions of. She was so well organized; I really appreciated the shared Google docs to help keep track of all the details. Rachael did such a great job running the show the day of our wedding. By that time, I was done make decisions, and Rachael respected that, took matters into her own hands, and everything was perfect. Even when I threw everyone off the plan by deciding I wanted to eat some cake before it was cut! No worries, no stress, just made it a funny story! Rachael was such a great fit for my husband and I! We are so grateful for her, and we know that our wedding was absolutely perfect because of her help!

    I hired Rachael because she was the most no-nonsense person I spoke to and she was kind and prompt in her responses. I'm so glad I did, because Rachael was worth every single penny and more. Leading up to the wedding, there was not a single detail that she neglected. She filled in blanks that I didn't know existed, she helped with complicated questions from other vendors, and made sure I felt really prepared leading up to the wedding. Day of, she was so calm and collected, and got everything done with time to spare (and in a way where I felt NO stress). I walked into the ceremony and reception venues and was floored because of how beautiful and organized everything looked/was. I truly would not have changed a single thing that day and I know, without a doubt, that it went so smoothly because of Rachael. No wedding is flawless, but it really helps when you have an incredibly competent planner putting out all of your fires behind the scenes and protecting you from them so you can truly enjoy the day. I could not recommend Rachael more and I would choose her again 1000x over.

    It is not an exaggeration to say that our wedding would not have happened without Rachael ( I would have eloped months before the actual day came). I am a very type-A person and working with Rachael allowed me to be feel comfortable and confident in executing the wedding of my dreams. In her full service planning, she helped translate the wedding jargon and styles that I'm not familiar with to match us with the vendors that match our style and budget. She insisted on handling the difficult conversations and advocated for us with vendors. Her execution of the actual wedding is top notch and my husband and I got to enjoy the wedding and did not have to worry about anything. I highly recommend Rachael if you want a low-stress wedding experience.

    Rachael is amazing!! She was super helpful leading up to our wedding, even when we had random questions throughout the planning process before our official calls began (including some great vendor recommendations). Once our calls began closer to the wedding date, Rachael was very organized and made sure nothing was forgotten. We also loved her collaborative approach with shared documents for the timeline and a detailed playbook. She was always extremely responsive and followed through with all of her commitments. On our wedding day, Rachael took care of everything with the vendors and venue (including adjusting the timeline on the fly when our ceremony ended early). If you want to truly enjoy your wedding day and have peace of mind that everything will run smoothly, we highly recommend working with Rachael!!
