Mountainside Events is a woman and LGBTQ+ owned wedding and event management company located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Serving all across the state of Colorado, we are professional event planners that strive to create unique and memorable experiences for our couples. Whether you need event design, full planning or just coordination on the day of, we will be there to handle every detail and ensure that it goes off without a hitch. We plan weddings of all sizes with the goal of taking away all the stress of planning so that your wedding day is about you!

We take a more relaxed approach when it comes to event planning. Our ideal couple is the couple that wants to have fun and express themselves on their wedding day but wants us to take care of all the behind the scenes details so they can have the best day of their lives!

    I cannot sing their praises enough. We had a small wedding at a destination venue, and the Mountainside Events team made sure I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. There were 7 vendors to coordinate and 40 out-of-town guests in attendance, and Mountainside Events ensured everything went off without a hitch! I am so thankful.

    We worked with Taylor and Maddie to plan our wedding and they were beyond helpful the whole time. During the whole process, they were quick to communicate, honest, supportive and so easy to work with. They truly delivered and were the backbones behind my amazing day.
