About this venue

K-Bar Ranch is a privately owned hobby farm situated on over 20 acres near Guffey, CO. With expansive views of Pikes Peak and surrounded by McIntyre, Castle and Witcher Mountains, there are breathtaking views in every direction. We are a brand new venue specializing in elopements and micro-weddings. We own and operate a mobile bar business and have multiple boutique bar options to choose from if you book your wedding with us! We offer site only pricing for your ceremony or more inclusive pricing for ceremony, reception, catering, bar services and even our adorable mini donkeys as beverage burros for your wedding! We have the perfect hillside for your vows and a beautiful reception site that can accommodate up to a 40'x60' tent. We will be building an outdoor covered pavilion soon so stay tuned for our progress! We are excited to share this beautiful spot with a select number of couples so please reach out for availability and to schedule an in person or virtual tour!

Ceremony Site is a beautiful hilltop location at the front of our property with stunning views in every direction. With the spectacular Pike's Peak as your backdrop, rolling hills and an incredible sense of privacy, this site makes for an unforgettable setting to exchange your vows! This spot is perfect for couples wanting to elope amidst the majesty of the Rocky Mountains or for micro-weddings with close friends/family.

The Ceremony Site rental includes your choice of one of our 3 beautiful, rustic arches and access to the property beforehand to set up. This an outdoor space with no electricity. Seating options and decor (with the exception of choice of arbor/arch) are not included but may be added for an additional fee.

My husband and I had the absolute best day and we wouldn’t have changed a single thing! Everything was wonderful and Chris did a wonderful job bartending as well! We got so many compliments and positive comments about literally every part of the day (everyone LOVED Kodie, Mitch, and Chris)! We are so happy with everything! We came out from MN and Kodie was so easy to work with/correspond with in the months leading up to our big day! We had lots of options to really personalize our day to make it our own. Every guest I talked to was complimenting every part of the day and they all had nothing but positive things to say. We had many guests tell us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! Thank you guys for everything you did for us and we will be forever grateful!

K-Bar events is absolutely wonderful. They had bright smiles all night long, and energy to match. I may not have used their services personally but my bride enjoyed them as well! (I'm a photographer) They even let the bride and groom take some cute photos behind the bar. It always means so much when other vendors work with me to make fun moments happen! I cannot wait to see what they do with their venue, and look forward to working with them again:)

Yes, clients are required to bring/purchase their own alcohol and must have a TIPS certified and insured bartender serve it.

Yes, we have on-site parking for up to 20 cars.

No, this is a privately owned farm in a rustic outdoor setting for small, intimate weddings. There are no handicap accessible facilities on site.

Property rental only for DIY brides/clients. We are in the wedding/event industry and can provide bartending services, furniture rentals, decor, catering and much more for an additional fee. Please ask how we can help create the wedding of your dreams!

Your reservation includes the entire day. Property may be accessed at 8am and event must end by 10pm with all vendors/cleanup finished by midnight. If you need access to the property the day before for other vendor set up, we are happy to accommodate that as well.

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, the entire amount is non-refundable. If WE cancel your date, all fees including deposit are refunded to you within 30 days.

The closest airport is COS - Colorado Springs. We are approximately a 1.5 hour drive from the airport. There are many Airbnb's in the area and we are close to many of Colorado's most beautiful attractions! We also allow on-site camping for a limited number of guests and offer a vintage camper stay and a bell tent rental on the property!

Not currently however we may change our policy on this in the future. Having said that, it's never a bad idea to have an insurance policy to CYA and you can buy it online and they are relatively inexpensive so you might want to consider it. We will keep all avenues of communication open with clients if we decide to require it.
