The Pavilion is a mix of old and new, rustic and modern.

A grand entry awaits as you greet your guests through the magnificent doors of the Pavilion. The two-sided fireplaces open to the covered patios for indoor and outdoor entertaining. The beautifully appointed furnishing exudes warmth with its mix of rustic and modern. The moss wall is a perfect spot to take photos of your guests. This is a perfect place for intimate gatherings as well as larger celebrations!

Incredible, unique Colorado wedding!

From the moment we arrived at Bison Peak Lodge at Puma Hills, we knew we had made the perfect choice for our wedding venue. The team's communication was clear, transparent, and gave us confidence every step of the way. The property itself is beautifully unique, with an open-air, whimsical feel that captivated all of our guests. Upon arrival, the staff greeted each of our guests and personally walked them through their teepee "cabins", ensuring everyone felt comfortable and at home. Between the custom wedding menu, on-site activities, and the team's incredible flexibility, Puma Hills made our wedding day better than we could have imagined. Even two years later, we still have guests raving about the unique and truly memorable experience of our wedding at this incredible venue. I can’t recommend this place enough, you have to see it in person!

We ask for $1,000 to secure the date and 50% once you sign the agreement.

Once you secure the date with us, we will send you a contract for review electronically, answer any questions, and then you will send the contract back to us with your payment.

Yes, we do not provide catering services.

We take care of all of your beverage needs. Our TIPS-certified bartenders will take care of it - from signature drinks to Colorado brews and ales. We have a variety of packages available.

We have additional chairs and tables available for rentals. We also have other beautiful furnishings available for rental.

We accept electronic transfers and checks. If you use Stripe or credit card, an additional fee of 3% will be added to the price.

We allow flameless candles. Due to the fact that we are surrounded by thousands of acres of pristine forest and our fire danger is high, we do not allow sparklers or fireworks

We have a beautiful selection of furnishings and decor, votives, sheepskin, etc.

We require 1 million dollars of general aggregate and 1 million per occurrence. Please add Puma Hills as additionally insured on the insurance

A walk-through is essential to review any last-minute details. Please schedule this 60-minute meeting no later than 14 days from your event with only your caterer, wedding planner,and Puma Hills representative. Please have your room diagram, event timeline, final payment, certificate of insurance, and list of vendors.

We love animals but we must be careful not to put them and others at risk. We will assess each situation independently.
