Our elegant private dining room and adjoining patio offer a festive environment for a rehearsal dinner or farewell brunch. Treat your friends and family to table service with seasonal menus curated by our chefs at Wesley & Rose. *Our outdoor Riverside patio is available for cocktails and mingling for an additional fee.

Wesley & Rose Lobby Bar features a fresh forward menu, designed around healthy social eating. We work hard to source the best ingredients we can find from local farms, producers, and distillers. We use all-natural meats, organic dairy, and make our own artisan bread in-house, the old-fashioned way. Available until 11pm with a Colorado or Farm-to-Table package. Included with the full hotel buyout.

Overlooking the waves of the Buena Vista Whitewater Park, our beautifully detailed Ivy Ballroom is designed to host a range of different events, from seated dinners and dancing to informal cocktail receptions.
