Hey y’all! My name's Gabriella, I love sunshine and I'm a documentary-style wedding & engagement photographer based in Philadelphia. I'm a hopeless romantic and I adore documenting love stories with my camera in a beautiful & compelling way. Basically, I’m a down-to-earth gal from Pennsylvania who got hooked on the travel bug at college in Georgia (go dawgs!!), has a passion for storytelling and absolutely loves love. Running, biking and chasing sunsets are my favorite pastimes. I’m team coffee AND team tea. I dream real big and I’m full of ambition. Oh, and I'm not just you wedding photographer ... I'm your new friend :)

Awarded Best of Zola
How do we even begin to say how amazing she was? As soon as we saw that Gabriella described her personality as the color yellow, we knew she was the one for us, and she proved time and time again that we were right. From our first zoom call to our finished gallery, she was a joy to work with. She made everything so easy, from questionnaires to our engagement shoot. She made our wedding day feel effortless. We were both worried about being awkward in front of a camera, but she gave lots of wonderful prompts and little games that were easy and fun for us to do, and left us with stunning pictures we were in absolute awe of. Gabriella does everything with such a personalized touch, which really made us feel special. On your big day, she is not just your photographer, she is your biggest fan and the best hype girl you could hope for, and she was willing to help with any aspect of your day, not just pictures. Need a hairpin tucked? Gabriella's got you. Looking for a guest? She is on it! Did you miss the milkshake shots as they went by? Gabby's got your back! From start to finish, Gabriella and her team really were more than we could have ever imagined. Big shoutout to Connie and Sam! Thank you for everything 3

With over 20+ years of photography experience, capturing life's smallest and biggest moments has been a passion of mine. Being able to encapsulate these candid moments is such a privilege; one that we don't take lightly!

Symula Media Group was an absolute joy to work with for our engagement session ! From the very beginning Jen was incredibly friendly, timely, and personable in her communication. Her passion, creativity and experience shone through in the beautiful photos she captured of us that day. Jen worked with us through a heatwave in the north end of boston and captured the perfect shots with plenty of poses, location changes, and original ideas that really reflected the personality of my fiancé and I. Jen made us feel so comfortable and natural while taking photos, and we couldn't be happier with the final results. We highly recommend Symula Media Group to any couple looking for an exceptional wedding photography experience.

I've been shooting weddings for almost 10 years. I often work with adventurous couples who look beyond what most of the wedding industry is selling and wanna start their own traditions. I've worked in huge east-coast ballrooms, on Mexican beaches, and at the edges of Moab cliffs. And I'll happily travel to wherever you're doing your own damn thing on your wedding day. I focus on capturing your favorite people in the world and giving you images that pull you right back into the feeling of the day. My style is natural, candid, and joyful, with some sassy editorial portraits and a whole lotta crazy dance floor shots.

Hi, I'm Kristen and I'm so excited you are here! I've been a wedding photographer for 17 years with hundreds of weddings under my belt. Diversity and inclusivity are very important to me both personally and professionally, so no matter who you are I want to document your love story.

I could not more highly recommend Kristen! Kristen was one of the very first vendors that I booked for my August 2024 wedding and I could not be more happy in that decision. Kristen's style is timeless and true to color. She focuses on capturing the day as it happens rather than focusing only on super posed shots- which I love! Kristen's communication is clear, prompt, and honest- I so appreciated her insight through the wedding planning process and especially in developing the timeline. We also received far more sneak peeks than we expected and I'm still shocked with how quickly we received our full gallery! Kristen, we are so happy you were there to capture our day!

We had so much fun with Sarah the day we took our engagement photos. Her editing style consists of a various amount of different aesthetics. Some pictures we got back had this really cool blurry effect on them which made them look very whimsical. Well others were a classic black-and-white that we used for our invitations, she’s a hype- woman and definitely can show you how to pose when you feel uncomfortable!

Arie T. Photography, LLC

4.9

  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $2,995
  • Serves Dickinson Center, NY for additional fees

Welcome to Arie T. Photography, a black queer woman-owned and operated traveling portrait and wedding photography service based out of the Georgia and Michigan! I've had the honor of capturing all walks of life across the USA with hopes of taking it worldwide. I'm known for my use of natural light, and "unposed” stress-free approach when it comes to my clients. If you feel like you’re awkward in front of the camera, I’ll take that as a challenge to prove you wrong because I can be awkward too.

Awarded Best of Zola
Wow, where to begin! Arie did a phenomenal job as our wedding photographer! We found Arie through the business Once Like A Spark, and with scheduling her short notice (2 weeks before the wedding), she did an amazing job capturing our vision and style. We honestly love each photo she took and had a really difficult time choosing 60 out of 500 for our album! Arie communicated really well before and throughout the wedding day, was on time to capture getting ready photos, and was attentive throughout the whole night. We admired how she took creative liberty and made sure to capture all the key moments as well as the small, sweet moments too. Even during dinner time, Arie made sure we got photos with each guest, which we greatly appreciated. While we only spent one day together, Arie seems like such a great person with a passion for capturing wedding days with love, care, and a dash of humor. Definitely book Arie for your next event, you won't regret it!

Rebeca & Andrew

5.0

  • Classic style
  • Starts at $7,000
  • Serves Dickinson Center, NY for additional fees

Andrew and I met in the most random place, hiking in the woods 100 miles from where either of us lived. We spoke on the phone for months and saw each other when we could, while we lived hours apart. 7 Years later we're married, raising a handsome pup, and running a business together. Since inception we have won Best of Westchester 2020 for weddings and numerous other industry awards. We take a modern approach to photography. We will light you and pose you in the most flattering natural ways and place you in front of the most beautiful backgrounds, while being professional, respectful and patient with everyone on your guest list!

Awarded Best of Zola
Rebeca and Andrew were great! From the moment we first reached out to them about booking, they have always been very genuine and helpful. Rebeca was very good with remembering what shots & poses I wanted. We ran behind on timing due to other reasons so I was worried we wouldn't get all the pictures done in time before the ceremony but they were great at making sure we got what we wanted. We got over 100 sneak peak photos a few days after the wedding and so far we love everything! Cannot wait to see more and would recommend R&A to anyone! Also highly recommend doing your engagement photos with them as it was a great way to get to know them & get comfortable before the big day!

You are probably assuming my about me section will have a story about how I always wanted to be a photographer, I came out of the womb holding a camera, but that couldn’t be me. I stumbled into it, literally. I had no plans to become a wedding photographer. I was either going to follow my dad’s path and go to dental school, or become a social worker. But a freshman in college decided to shoot a few photos for fun, and now over eight years and almost 200 weddings later, I could not imagine myself doing anything else. This is my dream job!

Awarded Best of Zola
Abby wasn’t able to travel to my wedding but she sent her assistants and she edited the photos. It went absolutely perfect. The photos were beautiful and I got so many meaningful photos with my family and his family that I wouldn’t have thought to get. I sent her draft of a timeline and the photographers printed it out and had it to make sure the photos I wanted got done. They were absolutely amazing. Thank you so much to Abby and her team.

Madison Wilson Photography was a fantastic photographer for our wedding. On the wedding day itself, Madison was fast and efficient at taking photos, while still making sure to capture all the special moments. She gave clear directions for posing and navigating the family dynamics and crowds with ease. The photos Madison delivered were beautiful - bright, crisp images that perfectly captured the joy and love of our special day. She was able to edit and deliver the final wedding photos very quickly. Hey, I'm Mary! It's nice to meet you. Summing up who I am in an "about me" is always difficult. What you must know: (1) I'm a nerd. If you want to talk video games, LOTR or Doctor Who, we HAVE to sit down for a bourbon or a coffee. (2) Yes, I will be out on that dance floor with you snapping away while joining in on the fun. And (3), while I'm a photographer first, supporting you during the planning process feels crucial to me - from building a timeline to having your back any way I can.

Mary was with us through our proposal, engagement, and wedding journey. She captured all of our special moments so perfectly. She is professional and always communicated with us to deliver us her best work!! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to capture our most perfect memories.

Hi! I'm Sarah. Congratulations on taking the next step in your wedding planning! Choosing to work with me earns you more than just a photographer; you get a hype-girl, a dress fluffer, a confidant and a new best friend. Since we are now future besties, here's what you should know about me: My love for portraiture stems from the joy it brings me to make others feel beautiful. Few things make me feel as giddy as photographing weddings, engagements & proposals, and I can't wait to capture the next stage of your love story. My strengths lie in natural lighting, illuminating colors, and catching the candid moments that make you, you.

Awarded Best of Zola
There is not enough good things we can say about Sarah! From day 1, she had great communication before the proposal while deciding the perfect location and how we would meet up with her. She executed flawlessly and I never saw her until the ring was on my finger even though she followed us for a bit before the big moment. She made us feel so comfortable for the photoshoot after and was willing to go to a few different spots with us all while carrying all of our stuff so it wouldn’t be in our pockets for the pictures. We received the sneak peeks the next day and were blown away with how well they turned out, she nailed it!! She got the big “I do” moment which was most important and then captured so many other sweet moments right before and after that I will forever be so grateful we can relive because of her photos. The best thing about her is that you can feel the joy coming out of the screen when you look through her galleries. So many people have raved over how well our engagement photos turned out. Everyone should book Sarah, she is so great at what she does!!

Leah Flores Photography

I am a photographer and artist from the Pacific Northwest with Costa Rican and Scottish roots. My favorite things are dinosaurs, exploring new cities, board games, soccer, National Parks, and whiskey. I have been fortunate to photograph 200+ weddings in my PNW home, to ruins in Scotland, cityscapes in Vietnam, to the beaches of Maui, and beyond! I live in Portland, Oregon with my partner, two dogs, and four cats | 🏳️‍🌈🦖⛰️✈️📸⚽🫶🏼🌈🌲🦕🏝 Fun Fact: I was born on Leap Year Day so I turn 9 this year 🥳!

Awarded Best of Zola
I could write a book about Leah; or at least a very detailed blog post but I'll try to keep it shorter! As a fellow professional photographer, I got the opportunity to meet Leah and work with her as her 2nd photographer on a wedding. It took that one amazing experience and absolute blast of a time to know that whenever it was I got married she was THE photographer for me. Fast forward some years later it was finally my turn to tie the knot and my now husband and I chose our date based on when Leah was available, because there was no other option for me! I have gotten to work with dozens of photographers throughout my going on 10 year career, and I'm telling y'all, it doesn't get better than Leah. The photos - amazing! I love her eye for details, the crispness, the colors! Not to mention she is such a beautiful soul with the best personality and energy, with the professionalism to get a gallery worth of beautiful photos with you barely realizing she's there. While going through our gallery, I was stunned and overjoyed so many times to see things I had NO idea happened or even photos of people that I unfortunately didn't get to spend much time with yet seeing that they still enjoyed themselves. In my opinion, a photographer is the most important vendor you can choose for your wedding day. I am so thankful my experience in the wedding industry allowed me to cross paths with Leah because that made a really important decision very easy for me. And I hope my review can help other soonlyweds out there make a hard decision easier. You will not go wrong choosing Leah to photograph your big day!

Weddings by Katherine Marchand

  • Starts at $4,000
  • Serves Dickinson Center, NY for additional fees

I'm Katherine, a wedding photographer based in Oakland, CA. With over a decade of experience and features in Vogue, Brides, The New York Times, and more, I know how to create wedding photos that don’t just look stunning — they feel like you. No trendy filters, no forced poses, just authentic moments that reflect who you are. I believe the best moments aren’t staged. They unfold naturally, in the quiet glances, the belly laughs, and those unspoken connections shared with your loved ones. My goal is to capture those raw, in-between moments that truly make your wedding day yours!

Working with Katherine Marchand of Weddings by Katherine Marchand was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Her communication was prompt, funny, and professional throughout the entire process. Katherine's work is highly skilled, incredibly detailed, and provides incredible value. Her work made us feel like we were reliving our entire wedding day when we received our gallery. Katherine was present with us at our city hall wedding and we cannot wait to have her join us for our celebration in Mexico! Katherine is the photographer I would call anytime I need photos taken. She is a one-of-a-kind photographer who will blow away all of your expectations. I cannot wait to call her for more photo needs as our family grows!

Terrence Irving Photography

  • Fine art style
  • Starts at $3,995
  • Serves Dickinson Center, NY for additional fees

Black Connecticut wedding photographer, purveyor of the artistically-engineered photography experience. That's a crafty way of saying, I'm a computer nerd who's pretty good at photography and believes in great service! Digital image gallery, print rights, and beautiful, physical prints included with every package. My work focuses on telling my couples’ wedding day love stories through the pictures I capture. Artwork is the goal, whether it’s a highly-stylized posed photo or a moment where a loved one is emoting.

Awarded Best of Zola
We found Terrence very early on in our wedding process. His gallery had some of the most beautiful photos we had ever seen; some were dramatic, which is what my husband loves, others were soft, warm, and candid, which were my favorites. To find a photographer that could fit both of our styles was so exciting. Terrence’s package was over our budget, in part because we were marrying in NY, so would have to pay a travel fee. I was convinced I could find someone within budget. I searched and agonized for an additional two months. Finally, my now-husband convinced me that the photos would be the one thing from the day we would get to keep forever and we sprang for Terrence and let me tell you, both of us have agreed the extra cost was more then justified. In high heat and humidity and looming storms, Terrence did everything he could to keep us on-schedule and to get incredible photos at a venue he had never even been to. We just received our sneak peak gallery and all of us are in awe of the photos he captured. We look forward to working with Terrence in the future for other big life moments, and you should absolutely book him too - engagement shoot or wedding, Terrence will capture your moment perfectly!

Hi, I'm Kelsey! I'm blessed with a loving husband, 3 kitties whom I adore & a plethora of interests. I love hiking with my husband, martial arts, playing music & singing, I'm crazy about animals, I'm absolutely fascinated by linguistics & other cultures...oh & [thanks to my hubby] I'm super nerdy (you'll see me rolling around in my limited edition Iron Man Hyundai, haha), so if you're into Star Wars, superheroes, etc., I'm sure we will get along just fine ;). What did I say about a plethora of interests? I've been doing photography passionately for at least 14 years. Any talent I have is God given and I do this all to bring fame to His name!

Hey there! Since you are trusting me to capture these special moments in your life, I figured you should probably know a bit about me, right? I am a Huntsville, Alabama native, but moved to Nashville after graduating from the University of Alabama in 2013. ROLL TIDE! Although I consider Nashville home, I am anything but a homebody. I love traveling and exploring new places (especially the food at those places!). I even studied abroad in Italy, which let me tell you, was a food lover's dream. I have always felt like an old soul trapped in a millennial’s body. I would rather listen to Frank Sinatra than anything on the radio today.

Diana was amazing! She did over and beyond what I was expecting. The engagement photos were gorgeous and she gave us alot of options. Communication was perfect and the day of she just jumped right in and we all came out with a new friend! My new family was impressed and loved her. My 13 year old daughter was her assistant* lol and fell in love with Diana as well. She captured every special moment and memory. I recommend her to everyone!!

We’re Andrew and Marijo (pronounced mary•joe), a husband and wife team! Our style is bright, vibrant, nostalgic with a mix of candids and cinematic images. We love getting to know our couples before their big day! It helps us create more personal work that reflects your love. We hope you know that your love is special, and that we can see that it is. And that’s always how we’ll tell your story.

Awarded Best of Zola
We worked with Marijo for our wedding this past May and she was wonderful! Our pre-wedding meeting went well, she asked a lot of questions about us as a couple and about what we wanted from our wedding photos, which we really liked because it gave us an idea about what our wedding day photography would be like, but also it showed that she is detail oriented. On the day of, she made my family as well as us really comfortable. Posing for photos can be very awkward, but she kept the mood light and made us laugh a lot which made for some really great, natural pictures. We took our couple photos at Pasadena City Hall on what must have been prom day for several high schools because the place was packed, but she managed to get us some really great, intimate shots away from other people taking photos. We really love how our pictures came out and are so excited to order some prints for ourselves and family. We highly recommend AM Badillo, and loved working with Marijo! She is sweet, friendly and very good at what she does.

What if your photos actually looked and felt like you? Picture yourself 10 years from now on your wedding anniversary looking back at your wedding album with tears welling up in your eyes as you relive your day. Your wedding should not feel like a performance. Let go of boring wedding traditions, think outside of the box and create something unique that has never been done before. Whatever the perfect day looks like for you, why shouldn’t that be your wedding day? I am more than your wedding photographer, I am your guide, biggest fan, and the curator of your love story, I will also be the one tearing up from behind my lens.

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding photographer! From our initial meeting, Danielle took the time to really get to know us and understand our vision for the day. She arrived early and jumped into action, ensuring she didn’t miss a single moment. She kept us on track all day, and liaised seamlessly with the venue staff. Gabbie Burseth Photo

  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $7,000
  • Serves Dickinson Center, NY for additional fees

Gabbie Burseth grew up documenting everything and saving mementos in empty Christmas boxes. After studying at the Grady School of Journalism at the University of Georgia, she discovered an affinity for weddings and their accompanying treasures. Her philosophy as a wedding photographer is to observe with as little interference as possible — no faking it, no do-overs, no “for the camera”. Her biggest desire is for couples to be present at their wedding, not stuck in a photoshoot. Her work is punctuated by rich and vibrant color, the timeless quality of analog film, and a sense of humor found in fleeting moments.

Awarded Best of Zola
We used Gabbie for our wedding in November of 2021. She was so professional and so kind. Throughout the process, she took the time to get to know my husband and I. On our wedding day she felt like a friend and was a welcome guest. As someone who is not comfortable in front of the camera, Gabbie always made the process feel effortless. I could not recommend Gabbie more. The photos turned out amazing and I am so excited to show them off forever.

Hi! I'm Amy Ronk, a photographer currently based in Denver, CO. After attending photography school, weddings kind of stole my heart. I'm a traveling elopement and wedding photographer based out of Louisville, Colorado. I photograph with my whole heart, meaning that, yeah, I'll probably shed a tear or two at your wedding. Capturing the real love of my couples is what's most important to me. I love working with couples to create images that represent their authentic and raw adoration for one another. Outside of your big day, I love tagging along with both of you on a date to the white mountains or even just drinking hot coffee and laughing on cold winter days. I am passionate about capturing a real & unrestrained version of my clients.

Ann was an amazing wedding photographer to work with from the beginning, even in areas that were outside of the photography side! Our 18 month old was integrated into the plan and photos so well! We started working together early and she had a questionnaire that covered everything we could think of. Her style is what drew us in and she did not cease to amaze in the moments that were captured. We are truly grateful to have our day captured and preserved like it was 3

These are heirlooms that you will pass down to those who love you, so let's give them honest real images about a love worth remembering JUST AS IT IS!

Awarded Best of Zola
There are seriously not enough words to describe how amazing The Mannix Company is!! Alli and Josh were recommended through a close friend who did her wedding and I seriously cannot thank her enough for recommending them. The moment I put an inquiry in, I immediately felt like I was Alli’s best friend when she reached out. Alli and Josh did our engagement photos as well and am seriously obsessed with them. I was so excited for our wedding day. On our wedding day, Alli made sure I was taken care of. She even helped me get into my dress because we were on a time crunch and that to me was a truly special moment I got to share with her. They both exceeded our expectations and cannot recommend them enough. We will be using them for all of our future photography shoots. Thank you so much The Mannix Company for making our day so special!

Hello, We're Lisa & Pieter! We're a South Africa and New Jersey Wedding & Lifestyle Photographer Duo who love capturing all things love! We met working on cruise ships, traveled the world together, fell in love, and now are photographing beautiful love stories together!

Awarded Best of Zola
Lisa and Pieter are truly the most amazing wedding photographers! We knew without a doubt that we wanted to use them for our wedding and we felt even better about our decision when we got our engagement photos—WOW! Our engagement shoot exceeded all of our expectations. Fast forward to just before the wedding—Lisa contacted all of our vendors to introduce herself and to help coordinate. My makeup artist and hair stylist were blown away by this. They thought it was super helpful of her to reach out and helped solidify a timeline with everyone. My videographer said that Lisa was such a pleasure to work with! She really went above and beyond. She helped keep me calm on my wedding day and her and Pieter truly captured every special moment. They have such an incredible eye. We could not be happier with our wedding gallery. We have gotten SO many compliments on our wedding photos and several people reached out to me asking for Lisa’s info for the future! We got previews just the day after our wedding, as well as more previews a few days later. The rest of our gallery was delivered in a timely manner. Choose Lisa and Pieter! It is an absolute guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

Hey Honey Photography

Hi! I'm Anna the founder and senior photographer of Hey Honey Photography. I am a Texas-born, California girl at heart. I reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, and have a team of talented wedding photographers with a passion for capturing your life’s biggest moments and all your candid in betweens. Choosing a wedding photographer is more than just hiring someone with a camera to document your day. They should be someone who inspires you, helps ease wedding day jitters, and is your biggest fan, empowering you to be in the moment, while capturing what you want to remember forever, with creativity, boldness, and authenticity.

Awarded Best of Zola
Choosing Anna of Hey Honey Photography as our wedding photographer was more than just hiring a professional; it was welcoming a cherished friend into our most precious day. From the moment we met, her radiant energy and infectious enthusiasm put us at ease, and her passion for capturing genuine moments shone through. Our wedding in San Francisco was a whirlwind of love, laughter, and joyous chaos, and Anna navigated it all with the grace of a seasoned storyteller. She and her assistant photographer, Linda didn't just document the day; they became part of it, weaving seamlessly into the fabric of our celebration, capturing not just the posed portraits but the fleeting smiles, stolen glances, and unbridled joy that truly define a wedding. But Anna's magic goes far beyond the technical brilliance of her photos. Our guests still rave about her gentle energy and knack for making even the most camera-shy soul feel like a star. She captured not just the faces, but the hearts of everyone who shared our special day. And then came Fort Point. Ah, Fort Point. Anna transformed this historic landmark into a canvas for our post-wedding bridal session, with the breathtaking backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge painting every scene with romance and drama. Her vision, her guidance, and her ability to turn raw emotion into stunning imagery are unparalleled. The proof, as they say, is in the pudding (or in this case, the Business Insider article , 27 of the most beautiful wedding photos taken in 2023, featuring one of our wedding photos!). To see our love story immortalized in a publication is a testament to Anna's exceptional talent and dedication. But even beyond the accolades, what truly sets Anna apart is her heart. She genuinely cares about her couples, taking the time to understand their desires and personalities. She becomes a cheerleader, a confidante, and a source of calm amidst the pre-wedding frenzy. Communication with Anna was always a breeze. Her emails were like sunshine, and her ability to translate our visions into picture-perfect reality was uncanny. Planning with her felt more like brainstorming with a best friend, and by the time the big day arrived, we weren’t just clients, we were co-creators in our own love story. So, dear Anna, if you're reading this, know this: you are more than just a photographer; you are an artist, a storyteller, and a friend. You gifted us not just breathtaking photos, but memories that will forever warm our hearts. Thank you for capturing the essence of our love, for your unwavering support, and for reminding us that magic unfolds when you entrust your story to someone who truly sees it. Without a doubt, Hey Honey Photography deserves not just 5 stars, but a constellation of them. If you're looking for a photographer who will weave your love story into captivating imagery, look no further than Anna. She'll capture your hearts, freeze your joy, and leave you with memories that will forever shimmer with the golden light of San Francisco. With endless gratitude, Your not-so-secret fans, Pearl & Tomo

I’m blessed to be turning what started as a small hobby into an incredible journey where I get to capture such intimate moments in couple's lives. I graduated from UConn with a degree in psychology and journalism; both those tracks have only helped me in capturing human emotion through a photojournalist lens. An ambivert, my camera allows me to work where I know I work best, behind-the-scenes, front row at some of the most profound moments in people's lives. In a pinch though, I'll be there carrying the train, making sure you don't get your shoes dirty and helping to support you where I can throughout your wedding day!

I have had the pleasure of working with Kim on more than one occasion for various wedding and other events. Kim is always on time and incredibly organized. She has phenomenal eye for interesting photos and knows how to roll with the punches. More than all of that though, Kim is a personable person to work with. She knows how to make people comfortable and bring out their true self. I would work with Kim again in a heartbeat and would gladly recommend her to others.

📸 Hi, I'm Chelsea, a wedding photographer with a love for capturing joy! With 4 years of professional experience (many more years as a hobbyist), my style mixes classic elegance with candid moments. I believe in creating a relaxed, fun environment, ensuring your special day is beautifully immortalized. Let's capture your love story! 💌

You can stop your wedding photographer search now. Chelsea was a joy to work with for our engagement shoot and wedding photography. She was proactive and communicative to ensure we got all the shots we wanted, and delivered photos even earlier than the contract specified. Chelsea captured photos without being intrusive or affecting the natural flow of our day, and even helped us move through portraits efficiently since we didn’t do a traditional first look. Our gallery had hundreds of beautiful photos that perfectly captured our day - my only regret was not having Chelsea there for longer! Thank you Chelsea for your stunning work - our family will cherish our photos forever.

My name is Maya (they/them), and I'm a queer, love-obsessed photographer operating out of Pennsylvania and traveling all over. I specialize in weddings and elopements, especially non-traditional, LGBTQ+, and multicultural celebrations. I am the 'picnic elopement in the woods' or 'weekend campsite celebration' or 'screw it, let's get married at a Waffle House' photographer.

Awarded Best of Zola
We are SO happy that we chose Maya as our wedding photographer! I only wish we could give them more stars! We live out of state so planning the wedding was a little challenging, but Maya made the planning process so easy! It was very reassuring to work with someone who was clearly very organized and on top of things. We met regularly with Maya over Zoom in the months leading up to the wedding and they were always available to answer questions as needed. My husband and I really wanted to take photos together at various places around the city and Maya helped us narrow down our choices and put together a schedule. Maya and their partner Michael were so accommodating and flexible on the day of, as some of our chosen locations ended up being too crowded. We were able to quickly pivot to alternates and we are incredibly happy with how the photos turned out! Neither my husband or I have a lot of experience in front of the camera, but Maya and Michael made the process so fun that it didn't even feel like we were being photographed. Even when we were all being swarmed by lanternflies, they were incredibly professional and made sure we weren't covered in bugs for the photos. They are truly the best hype people you could ask for the day of your wedding! Maya is a wonderfully talented photographer and their photos truly captured all of the love and joy of that day in such a beautiful way. We received sneak peak photos from them the next day which was such a wonderful surprise! They exceeded our expectations in every way and we HIGHLY recommend Maya for all of your photography needs. I can guarantee that you will be exceedingly happy with the results!
