Hi, I'm Lisa Bettencourt! Since 2014, I have been working as a professional photographer, from dance competitions, to headshots, press events, engagements, weddings, corporate, and picture day in NYC public schools. But no matter where my career has taken me, my favorite moments have always been about capturing love and togetherness. As your wedding photographer, I promise a relaxed, fun, and creative atmosphere, making sure you feel confident and at ease in front of the camera. My goal is to deliver stunning visuals that will exceed your expectations, all while being mindful of your budget. I know firsthand how expensive weddings can be!

    My partner booked Lisa to take photos of our proposal, and we could not be happier with the whole experience!! Not only did she brave a cold night on the brooklyn bridge, but the photos came out absolutely magical. She captured the moment perfectly, and even little side moments with family and friends.     Lisa is the perfect photography for events or personal shoots. She keeps the energy positive and lively, always making it easy to be on camera. It's huge that Lisa can make you feel at ease because it can be pretty awkward to do a photoshoot if you're not used to it. On top of that the photos are fantastic! They are creative and look amazing. We're so glad we have these lovely photos!

    Working with Lisa was an absolute dream! She was extremely communicative, so fun and professional, and she brought tremendously positive energy to our wedding day. We hired Lisa to photograph our engagement in NYC and again for our wedding in the Hudson Valley this past fall. We were so happy with our engagement shoot that it was a no brainer that we wanted to work with her again. I can't express this enough: Lisa was AMAZING. She gave us photo previews the literal day after our wedding (which were INCREDIBLE) and I'm sure I'll be singing more praises when we receive the full album. Her artistic eye brings such a unique and romantic touch to each photo, it's like looking at cinematic movie stills. Long story short, Lisa does more than just capture beautiful images. She put everyone at ease with her confidence, bubbly, warm personality. Even some of our guests commented on how great she was and asked for her card to work with her in the future!
