I hired Kaia to handle the day of coordination for my wedding this past weekend and she came through like a champ. One of our vendors completely dropped the ball and brought the incorrect linens for our reception tables. She completely saved the day by calling one of her contacts, driving an hour and a half round trip to pick up the linens and bring them back so our wedding didn't look like a backyard BBQ! haha She ran the entire day from beginning to end, provided the timeline for all the vendors, was in communication with everyone and the entire day ran smoothly. We couldn't have been happier and I would gladly recommend her to other couples looking for coordination or planning for their big day.

With the partial planning package including design elements, Regan created stunning mood boards that wowed our vendors and answered all my Type A questions with patience and precision. We loved our regular meetings and were genuinely sad when the process was over—not just because our wedding day had come to an end, but because it meant we wouldn't see her every other week. Our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives, and it was absolutely flawless. Regan handled any hiccups like a seasoned pro, and we received countless compliments from vendors and guests alike on how smoothly everything ran. She was so accommodating of our trickier requests, such as having our candy bar shipped from NYC to LA, and she was with us every step of the way—from site visits and tastings to the rehearsal and early on the wedding day. Her communication was impeccable, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Regan was the last person to leave, making sure we went home with all our cards, attire, leftover food, and even some flowers. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. AR Weddings N Events was great to work with. I was in charge of finding catering for the wedding, and AnnaMarie supported me at every step in knowing what to ask caterers and in helping me make sure that they had the right kind of insurance for the venue. The day of the rehearsal and of the wedding AnnaMarie was cheerful, calm and flexible. We had to change where the actual ceremony was going to be due to high winds, and AnnaMarie and her team didn't blink an eye; they were right on it. Everything went off without a hitch, so we could focus on the joy of th day.

Planning a small destination wedding in Key West from Tennessee felt overwhelming, especially with a short timeline and tight budget. But from the moment I found Lynn, everything changed.
