I can not be more grateful and pleased with Sam if I tried!! I hired her for The Day of Coordinator to help everything run smoothly. Her professionalism & knowledge was just what we needed to make this happen. Her sweet personality was a huge bonus and made us feel so comfortable and at ease. The communication between her and my daughter was excellent. Sam was very prompt with answering any of my daughter’s questions prior, during and after the wedding. Her service fee is VERY reasonable. She traveled from Dayton, three hours each way, for the rehearsal and for the wedding !! Sam and her team helped box all the centerpieces and miscellaneous items while we were still enjoying the evening. This was a huge help and I was very thankful for the extra time that was freed up for us to spend with family and friends. There was a small hiccup with our food caterer and Sam quickly jumped in and solved the problem. I could not have asked for a more perfect day for my daughter, it was everything she dreamed of and we were all stress free thanks to Sam. I would HIGHLY recommend The Black Barn Event Planning. Sam is amazing at what she does!!

The process of finding a day-of coordinator felt overwhelming—until we found MK Events. Their sign-up process was a breeze, with a low initial booking fee that was incredibly helpful as we budgeted for our big day. The clarity with which they outlined their duties gave us the confidence we needed to know we were in capable hands. I truly cannot think of a single critique. Without Melissa and Kourtney, I would have felt completely overwhelmed. They held everything together with such grace, a fun spirit, and a calm demeanor that was not only infectious but grounding and very much needed on a day filled with heightened emotions. They became more than just coordinators—they were a safe space and a solid support system beyond what I can express in words. A moment that stands out in particular was when I had almost given up on the vision I had for our altar. I had 100% resigned myself to the fact that it just wasn’t going to happen. But Melissa and Kourtney went above and beyond to make it a reality. The way they brought that vision to life, down to the smallest detail, left me incredibly thankful. And the fact that they loaded everything back into the U-Haul at the end of the night was really an incredible help! Every part of the experience with Melissa and Kourtney was exceptional. Their calm and positive energy was exactly what we needed to counterbalance the inevitable stress of the day. We were even treated to a lovely surprise when they sent us some candid background photos they had taken and a lovely bouquet of our table flowers for both me and my fiancée, as well as our parents. Their willingness to step in and handle any task, from filling vases with stones and sand to troubleshooting last-minute issues, was beyond what we ever expected. These women are true superstars. We initially booked MK for day-of coordination because we didn’t realize how much would fall on us. We found ourselves becoming increasingly overwhelmed with all the tasks—decorating, moving decor, coordinating vendors and family photographers, and so much more. I cannot say enough good things about Maggie as a wedding planner and person. We hired Maggie to plan our wedding from start to finish and it was the best decision we made. To offer context, we tasked Maggie with taking an old, rather outdated country club, and asked her to transform the venue all while managing accommodations for over 260 people. Additionally, the country club was a complete blank canvas which required us to bring in vendors for every single detail. Not only did Maggie handpick top-notch vendors and successfully manage them all, but she did so with the most calm and pleasant demeanor. The country club manager said that out of the many wedding planners he has worked with over the years, Maggie is by far the best because she was enjoyable to work with and incredibly good at her job. We couldn't agree more. My entire family is thankful for Maggie and what she did for us. She was a rockstar from the moment we met her and even after the wedding when she kindly held a ton of wedding supplies at her home so that we didn't have to worry about grabbing them the day after the wedding. At least, it seemed like that to me I had nothing to worry or stress about the day of, and I have to give her credit for that! My biggest regret is not having found her sooner, because I would've loved her assistance in planning our wedding and helping with travel arrangements for our out of town guests. Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. Reviewing contracts. Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. You always get 2 coordinators on the day of your wedding. We have expanded and are taking more weddings with our 5 star team of 6.

Connie and Justine were exceptional. Connie’s communication along the way was not too much and not too little - just right. Justin and Connie tag teamed throughout the night to ensure that everything was handled before anyone noticed it needed to be. My parents and in-laws were so relieved to have the dream team to support the evening. My wedding took place at a family friend’s house and the homeowner was deeply impressed by how smoothly everything went. I was an indecisive bride and Connie worked with me find my vision for the evening. Overall, I’ll absolutely be recommending Connie and Justine to anyone in need of event support!

I was truly in awe of how my event turned out. Donna of DBC Eventz INC. did an amazing job bringing the vision to life. Donna went above and beyond finding intricate items that went with the theme and thought outside the box with the decorations. The entire space was decorated beautifully from top to bottom. Donna understood the assignment and took it to the next level. Donna included me and kept me up to date on where she was with the status of my party. Donna even assisted me with finding the right person to make a cake, DJ the event and take pictures and videos at the event. I was able to have an entrance area, seat all my guest comfortably, have a dance floor, a bar and a separate food area. I will definitely be using DBC Eventz Inc. for my future events.

We booked Erin and her team with the Just the Deets package. This is her "lowest" level of service despite the thorough and consistent support she provided throughout the entire planning process. Erin is organized, readily available, and is a constant bright spot in wedding planning! She was a fantastic resource to bounce ideas off, ask questions, and make sure we were on track throughout our planning. She is a wealth of knowledge- especially if you are getting married at The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion, a venue she is at frequently and knows like the back of her hand! Erin will tell you her opinion when asked, but is always ready to jump in 110% no matter what you choose and make it happen (Sorry for making you nervous when we gave our crazy pup our actual rings!!!). She is ready to play the "bad guy" when you need a small army, and can fluently switch to whatever language groomsmen speak to wrangle them quickly for rehearsal. Knowing Erin and her team had the day HANDLED, I walked into my wedding day stress-free knowing that there was nothing I needed to do or worry about. I never would have guessed that I would have described myself as a calm bride the day of my wedding, but Erin made it easy. I was able to truly enjoy the day because of Erin, and I wouldn't trade that confidence or peace of mind for anything! If you're still looking around or debating whether or not to book with Ryan Planning Plus, do future you a favor and just book with them now! Unless you don't like feeling like a VIP client, would prefer to worry on your wedding day, or simply like to make bad choices... then sure, book elsewhere ;) Otherwise, if you want to have the smoothest wedding experience possible, book with Erin!!!

The night before our wedding, we learned that the venue had removed one of our tables and we had to redo our seating chart - April sprang into gear, helping us to get a new print-out of seating arrangements as well as verifying their accuracy the morning of the big day.
