From vendor and budget advice to designing a beautiful tablescape, full planning ensures that you have a planner by your side through all of it. Your planner will provide answers to your questions and solutions to any issues that may arise throughout your time together so that things progress smoothly throughout the entire process! | We love destination weddings! If your dream wedding destination is somewhere out of state (bonus points if it’s tropical!), count us in! We’d love to support you during the planning process. We’ll utilize our extensive network of planners and vendors across the country to help you plan the perfect wedding—whether you’re in California or NYC. | Event Management is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins prior to the big day. My job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all of the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle! | Design as a stand-alone service is for clients who want a beautiful wedding but don’t need assistance with the logistical aspects of the planning process. With this service, we’ll monitor everything design-related, including being there on the wedding day to make sure all of your dreamy designs come to life exactly as you imagined. This service is perfect for a client who is getting married at a full-service venue. |

The BEST - planner, designer, & friend all in one!
Our experience with SoCo 36 Events was nothing short of incredible. From the very beginning, the communication with Sara was clear, robust, and professional, providing us with the expertise and support in design and coordination we were looking for . Her invaluable expertise, attention to detail, and dreamy design sensibility truly made our wedding day flawless. Sara pulled together a creative and personalized design that perfectly captured our style and intention - to have an intimate, intentional, and fun celebration. She and her team took over vendor communications about a month out, organizing and executing our entire day in a way that allowed it flow so smoothly. In such a special, yet busy, season of our lives this was so helpful to know that the tactical details were all taken care of leading up to and on our wedding day. This allowed us to be present and soak up our celebration, which is what was the most important to us. Sara is as genuine as she is talented, going above and beyond in every single way to make our day special. We are forever grateful that we had Sara and SoCo 36 Events on our team. In addition to our wedding day being so dreamy, we gained a friend throughout the process. If you are considering hiring a coordinator/planner or design, DO IT. Excellent time management
Sara is an excellent event coordinator- she is a clear communicator, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure no details are left to chance. Her precise planning and time management helped to make the day run smoothly. I can’t even image the amount of stress that people must go through trying to manage the tasks that Sara takes on, all while having a smile on her face, and great personality - never letting the chaos of the day phase her. We will definitely be using Sara for future coordinating plans.
