Francesco honed his skills in Napoli before working in Switzerland, London and eventually in NYC turning out pizzas at Mezzaluna, Mezzagiorno & Brio. He was co-owner of Pizza Mezzaluna on the corner of Houston at MacDougal in NYC before deciding to open his pizza truck.

Untraditional Eats was founded by a globe-trotting hyper polyglot who speaks 7 languages. That unparalleled exposure to different cultures, cuisines and ways of cooking, as well as an unmatched cultural sensitivity, makes us exceptionally great at what we do.

We believe that memories begin at a table surrounded by family, friends, and lots of laughter; a table that seems to invite you to sit down and relax, where you can enjoy a meal that makes you feel at home. Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
