Events by Gazie is a Full Service Wedding Coordinator & Catering Company. We are family owned and take our inspiration from our big Italian family roots. We love helping our couples create the wedding day or weekend of their dreams. With over 20+ years in the event industry in NY & NYC we are able to plan, coordinate and execute any event from the intimate gathering to a large scale extravaganza.

We can do it all ! From on site chefs , wait staff event decor, florists and rentals. From set up to take down , we can coordinate and plan it all for you , without hiring multiple companies. When you hire Events by Grazie we handle it all for you , just show us your dreams and we bring it to life .

I was married in Sept. Christina had painted a pretty picture- made many promises. She had great communication until the day of. She arrived late and with an attitude. She didn’t work well with my wedding planner. The tasting went well but the day of food was underwhelming.

My fiancé and I recently had our engagement party and everything was organized for an outdoor event but there was last minute weather and Christina was able to help me relocate my event and make sure everything was perfect! Christina and her team perfectly executed a beautiful raw bar and our italian specialties for our beginning of our party! Then she provided a mix of all our favorite dishes that my fiancé and me loved and so did our guest! I can’t wait for Christina and her team to help me not only plan my wedding but be the best help to bring my vision alive. I would highly recommend!

I have used Events by Grazie on multiple occasions. Every time, Christina has shown such attention to every detail. She is sharp and creative. The food and decor is always on point. I highly recommend her to do your event, you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I got married 9/23/23. The owner Christina made many promises to my husband, family and I. From locally sourced foods/alcohol, white glove service, and services provided in a timely manner. Long story short, she did not deliver and largely disappointed us all. Christina and her team showed up late for the day of my wedding, and had difficulties coordinating with all vendors prior to event, and during causing friction amongst staff and guests. My guests and parents helped set & clean tables, my wedding planner stepped in for an overwhelmed bartender, with no bar back. Dinner was intended to be served as family style. Food was served in small tapas platters just bought prior to arriving at my home. A large majority of my party was unable to eat food due to small portions and plating. The food that was served was not locally sourced, or what was discussed. A week leading up to the event, Christina was unable to secure local alcohols as discussed due to being “too hard to get”. Or being too expensive. Which if this were the case, we would have happily assisted her and come together to problem solve. However, this cannot be solved the week of the event. Half of our tent was forgotten and not given food. Christina came to an event for 115 people with 4 servers. My planner stepped in to help provide bar service when the drink line was impossible for 1 bartender to handle. I am still waiting for an explanation as to what happened that evening. As guests left hungry, my family feeling frazzled, and my event space a mess due to rentals not being cleaned as promised my husband and I were in shock. My own personal items were utilized to cook for a service of 115 people, and my ovens were left on. this is something my husband and family will never forget. We have never felt more deceived, especially for such a huge life milestone.
