I have a Bachelors in Photojournalism, which I received from one of my favorite places in the world, Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. I packed up my car and moved to Oregon in 2006, from my hometown of Chicago. I met my husband in Oregon and we now have three beautiful children.

I am a firm believer that friendship comes from learning the weird and quirky about a person, and still wanting to hang out with them after. Just a little backstory on how I got into this business. When I was a child, I loved taking pictures of everything. And I mean everything! (I get that from my mom.) Now my dad didn't share this same joy as me because back then it was all film and every snapshot I took...he knew he had to pay to develop. We love to look back on that time of my life now and see where it got me. Its a funny story to reflect on, but so rewarding to see a joy turn into a passion and that passion turn into a career!
