I've done weddings for over 30 years this was by far very impressive, all the workers walked around with a smile and if anything was going wrong it was definitely Seamless. Wedding coordinator/'s were approachable (believe it or not doing this for this many years I have dealt with all sorts of personalities to say the least) they had the "get it done now" ask questions later. It is not unusual for wedding planning to begin more than a year in advance of your big day. Venue, flowers, decor, churches (bring your own priest which is a thing), engagement photos, DJ, wedding party, save the dates, invitations. The list DOES. NOT. STOP. With all of these moving parts it really makes you wonder how such a complex event can happen without the slightest issue and seemingly end before you know it. Well, Liv is our reason. After months of planning, and picking, and choosing, and changing, and scrapping ideas our bandwidth for creativity and follow-through was wearing thin. Liv saved the day. She seamlessly coordinated communications between all parties and vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. I will honestly say that without her our day would not have come together like it did. Everyone tells you that something will inevitably go wrong regardless of how thorough your planning. Liv didn’t let that happen. The groomsmen forgot tie clips. Liv ran 5 blocks to pick up tie clips for the boys and was back before the girls even arrived at the church. Her foresight and planning were impressive but her ability to think and adjust on the fly is what made our day go off with zero issues. We cannot thank Liv enough for her help. Corinne and Molly made our day so seamless to the point where my husband and I could focus on us and our guests. From our first meeting to the day, they worked through hiccups with vendors that we would have missed and gave us amazing recommendations to make our wedding day perfect. We came ready and prepared with all of our vendors, and they stitched up the final communications for the wedding and made it so seamless, even finding another vendor for napkins 2 hours before the day started because ours forgot them! Not only are they amazing coordinators, but they're amazing people. Any communication that we had with Corinne and/or Molly felt so curated to us, and although we knew that they were coordinating other weddings, it felt that they had all their efforts focused on us. We got married 2 weeks ago and cannot stop talking about how amazing our day was because of them! When my husband and I decided to have a destination wedding, we knew right away that we would need help since we were both working and parenting our autistic daughter, hiring Stephanie and her team at Voltaire Luxe & Co was the best decision that we’ve ever made. Stephanie had captured my vision about my dream wedding and made it come to life. Stephanie was so attentive to my wants and needs, she created a vision board that included everything I requested and even more. She had established a good working relationship with my travel agent, the hotel team and the vendors, everything was so well coordinated . Stephanie made everything sound and look effortless despite all the last minute changes that we made, she had managed to make everything work. Having a destination wedding with over 200 guest was no small task and during the end of the Covid pandemic, with the travels restrictions constantly changing, it was really a challenge. Stephanie and her team went above and beyond coordinating my wedding I barely lifted a finger, except for packing my wedding dress. She traveled with the seating chart, name tags, welcome bags, personalized dance floor, etc. overall my wedding was a big success, we were very pleased with the decor, the food, wedding cake and all the attention to the little details that I have requested. we were very satisfied on how well Stephanie handled everything. Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. I was referred to Nina by my fiancé's friend [note that my fiancé was so over me planning the wedding me on my own]. I had fun on my day, I was relaxed and look like I was truly enjoying our day in ALL the photos. Adding that Nina also flew in a DJ from Miami who I was and am a fan of. I can't say enough about this team! Best wedding decision my husband Brett and I made was to hire them on board to be our planners. I am a bit of a control freak and super picky, so at first I was not planning on hiring wedding planners because I wanted full control. They came recommended by a friend who knew them from an engagement shoot, and felt their personalities and experience would be a great match for us. One phone call later and I was all in - I realized how much I could benefit from them and make the wedding planning process so fun and enjoyable. We specifically worked with Allie who is amazing. She understood my vision and was SO easy to work with. The type of planners you want to be friends with and are as equally as excited for your wedding as you are! That was important to me. It's impossible not to love this team as they're all so kind, fun, personable, professional and get the job done so seamlessly. A true dream team!!! Allie is very organized, responsive, and gets to the point to get stuff done. She took on so many tasks and responsibilities, and always had an answer or solution to a problem. If we didn’t hear back from a certain vendor or get answers to certain questions in timely manner - she was persistent and got it done. Allie didn't skip a beat, she knew everything about the wedding day and how things were suppose to go - I felt at such ease knowing I had her and her team (and didn't have to rely on parents or wedding party for day of responsibilities) because CityLux truly did it all. I don't know how we could have done it without them. Our wedding day was so magical and went so smoothly. The whole team was running operations the day of - being everywhere at once, communicating with one another through their ear pieces, and going above and beyond for a perfect day to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. I didn't hear of any mishaps because they handled all the chaos and ensured Brett and I were having the best time and not having to stress about anything. The saddest part of wedding being over has been no longer working with Allie, Sarah, or their team! I want to plan another event just to be able to work with them again (which after a big wedding with lots of planning may sound crazy lol). Trust me, I may not have felt this way prior to having them, but after planning a 200 person wedding, with 10 vendors, and so many details - the most important vendor decision is your planner and I can’t recommend them enough!

The guests raved about the whole experience, and as far as I know literally nothing went wrong, and if it did, Sara handled it like a pro because I never found out! Yvonne did an incredible job as month of coordinator for my wedding! I can't recommend enough that you hire Unique Melody for your event! I was initially very nervous to hand over my wedding to her as I had spent SO many hours on all the details but I'm SO glad that I did. She executed it with such attention to detail. I mean she was even replacing candlesticks as they were burning out! It was so helpful having her there to navigate the ceremony rehearsal the prior day and then making a weather call the day of. Her and her team worked SO hard to make all my wedding dreams come true. Whenever an issue came up they were very quick to fix it. She was extremely adaptable and no problem was too big for them to solve. My seating assignment were hand written cards that they had to so meticulously hang each card with lots of different adhesives. They kept us on a tight timeline even though all the speeches were WAY longer than they were planned to be. I'm so grateful for her an her team and she is such a pleasure to work with.
