Samantha Joder founded Kaleidoscope Events in 2018, shortly after she realized the necessity of a proficient wedding planner when key moments were missed in her own wedding. From this experience, she made it her personal mission to ensure that other couples had their special day exactly how they wanted it. Detail-oriented, Samantha turned her negative experience and perfectionism into a fast-growing event-planning service where her job is to plan and execute events with the goal of creating lifelong memories

    Our daughter's October 2024 wedding at Wyndhurst Miraval in The Berkshires was absolutely stunning! We could not have done it without Kaleidoscope Events, whose dedication and attention to detail helped create a fairytale event! It was truly a pleasure working with Samantha Joder (as well her assistant, Demitre, and the rest of her team)! My daughter and her then-fiancee, who live in the Boston area, dreamed of a Berkshires wedding and needed a wedding planner with close connections and extensive knowledge of venues and vendors in Western Massachusetts. Samantha did an amazing job guiding us through the process. She was super organized and has a delightful personality. Moreover, we were really happy with the vendors she suggested (ie. florist, photographer, stationery printer, lighting, etc.). Samantha and Kaleidoscope Events truly helped execute Alexandra and Andrew's dream wedding. It was exquisite! Thank you!

    My husband and I got married at Long Hill in Beverly in August of 2024 and we hired Samantha as our month of coordinator and it was one of THE best decisions we made for our wedding. Samantha is a kind, approachable, and positive person who has such dedication and professionalism in all that she does. She was excellent with all logistics the day of but also went above and beyond to make us feel supported even outside of the month that we contracted her. Our wedding was truly the most wonderful weekend of our lives and I know that we had such a joyous and calm experience because of all of the hard work Samantha and her team put into it. Don’t think twice - you’ve found your planner.

    Samantha and her team at Kaleidoscope Events made our Berkshires wedding a truly special and amazing experience and we cannot recommend them enough! Despite us living 3 hours away from our venue, Samantha's expertise and dedication made our planning process so easy and stress-free. She was incredibly organized, always keeping us on track and she really understood our vision, adding so many amazing details that we never would’ve thought of on our own. On the wedding day, Samantha and her team were a calming presence, handling every detail with professionalism and grace. They even went the extra mile with thoughtful touches that made the day even more memorable like getting the groom his favorite ice cream as a late night treat and re-curling the bride's hair when it fell flat right before pictures due to the weather - Samantha can truly do it all. If you're looking for a wedding planner who is not only organized and efficient but also genuinely invested in creating a beautiful and stress-free celebration, we wholeheartedly recommend Samantha and Kaleidoscope Events.
