The Sun Room is the stylish new event space from the Salt & Sundry and Little Leaf creative teams. We provide a bright, flexible and spacious backdrop for your gathering, along with a venue expert to serve as the point of contact for you and your vendors. 

Skyline 609's flexible raw space is perfect for your next cocktail party, seated dinner, wedding, shower or other special event. Our indoor space accommodates 12-80 seated and 100 for cocktail events. The outdoor roof deck accommodates up to 150 for cocktail events, for a total guest count of 250. Your guests will be wowed by clear, unparalleled views of Capitol Hill, and both spaces can be combined by opening our two 25’ power-assisted garage doors. Both areas are furnished with mid-century inspired furniture. We are a raw space. We do not provide any food or beverage service. All Souls Church, built in the 1920s, is a faithful copy of St. Martin-in-the-Fields of London. Our historic house of worship features a a bell cast in 1822 by Paul Revere's son and a Sanctuary that seats up to 700 guests amidst Corinthian columns and the resonant strains of the famous Reiger Organ. The Wharf Dockmaster Building is located at the end of District Pier and your rental includes the space on the pier around it. You have wrap around balconies and 270 degree views of the river and boats, plus the Washington Monument. Your rental gives you the building for the day so you can do any advance decorating, load in etc. It is unfurnished space – typically your caterer will coordinate tables, chairs etc. and help you design the look you want. Our inside capacity is typically 100 seated dinner style or 140-150 standing cocktail style.

Ìpàdé is one of Washington, DC's most unique venues, located in Dupont Circle. Our venue is flexible to a variety of needs from bridal showers to rehearsal dinners to intimate weddings. The space can comfortably hold up to 100 guests standing and 70 seated banquet style. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, our meeting house was constructed in 1930 during the administration of the Quaker president, Herbert Hoover. It was built to serve as a house of worship and a gathering place for those wanting to “seek peace and pursue it.” The building was enlarged in 1950. In 1970, we acquired the red brick Quaker House, Carriage House and garden at 2121 Decatur Place NW. Built in the 1920s and also on the National Register, these buildings today house a number of nonprofit organizations and small businesses as well as additional event spaces. With multiple interior spaces and gardens, we can accommodate events of various sizes and layouts, from 2 to 300. We host individuals, non-profit organizations, and for-profit entities. Our event rental prices are affordable, with discounts offered to non-profit organizations in alignment with our values. Construction on Powerhouse began in 1915 as part of an expansion project by the D.C. Paper Manufacturing Company. In 1917, the building began operating as a power plant for the paper company. Just a few short years later in 1919, Capitol Traction Company purchased Powerhouse to use as trolley car storage until 1932. In more recent years, Powerhouse has been used for event and office space. Today, the iconic smokestack still stands 150 feet above the building, symbolizing its towering impact on the history and culture of Georgetown.
