Words cannot describe how amazing our experience at Lippincott Manor was. Not only is the venue aesthetically beautiful, it is run so efficiently- they are absolute pros at every single aspect of throwing the perfect wedding! The food was excellent, the service was excellent and there aren’t enough characters available for me to adequately express what a dream Tricia and Marty are. They are responsive, kind and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was a dream. They put care and love into every single thing they do, as if you are a part of their family. Every guest at our wedding commented on how wonderful the party was and how kind and lovely they were. Lastly, the fact that they offer an all inclusive package is an absolute game changer- it made wedding planning so easy and completely stress free and each vendor that they suggested in the package was more impressive and wonderful than the next. The Abbey Inn & Spa

5.0

Peekskill, NY
  • Up to 130 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $25,000

With its views over the Hudson River Highlands, Fort Hill was a key lookout post for George Washington and his army during the Revolutionary War; in 1902, it became home to a convent and chapel, established by the Episcopal Sisters of Saint Mary. The abbey and its chapel have been converted into The Abbey Inn & Spa – a luxury hotel with 42 rooms and suites, a Michelin recommended farm-to-table restaurant under the direction of Chef Peter X. Kelly, a luxurious spa, an outdoor pool, and over 65 acres to explore. The chapel offers a unique venue for important occasions, and a peaceful English garden provides s gorgeous background for photos. Lovingly restored and meticulously designed, our hotel pays homage to its historic heritage while offering contemporary amenities and world-class service to each and every guest. All of us at The Abbey Inn and Spa are thrilled to be part of this exciting transformation, and we’re eager to share it with you.

I was one of few original wedding photographers to capture Abbey Inn's grand opening commercial photo shoot. I was extremely impressed by not only the polite construction and staff at the facility, but also how they had EVERYTHING figured out for large scale weddings and events to take place at their location. They have stunning-luxury hotel rooms & suites, a restaurant, bar and lounge space, gorgeous views of the Hudson valley, a cathedral -aesthetic ceremony and reception hall, lush gardens and lawns, plenty of parking, JUST A PERFECT SPOT for weddings and events so travel isn't an issue. ONE STOP SHOP :D I highly recommend this wedding venue!
