The Manor provides two areas for a spectacular reception - an elegant setting with windows on several sides of the main ballroom to accommodate up to 150 guests or a tented reception on our lush landscaped grounds accommodating up to 250 guests. You may arrive four hours before your ceremony and get ready in our spacious bridal party suites. Seven Ponds Farm is a heavenly spot way up in the Catskill mountains, with a dozen ponds and lakes, and pastures as long as the eye can see. Rushmore Estate was built in 1908 by Charles Rushmore for his dear wife. Fast-forward to today, the estate sits on 50 private acres with four private suites and is a gorgeous wedding wedding venue. Rushmore is where old-world charm meets modern luxury. Complete with a 60-foot heated infinity pool, private lake with beachfront and private hiking trails, basketball and tennis courts, large bonfire pit, Rushmore has it all. The building dates back to 1837, a three-level structure which was built by William Nelson. Peekskill lawyer, Congressman, and friend to Abraham Lincoln. A small stage, built on the 3rd floor in 1870, was identified as the “Dramatic Hall.” This emblematic building had been abandoned for about 20 years and fallen into disrepair until 2012, a complete renovation took place restoring the 1870-era theater. The Dramatic Hall serves as a space to host weddings, private parties, plays, live music performances, and more.
