The venue is nestled in the cascade foothills and has spaces that make it possible to celebrate in the northwest’s many types of weather. Located on a six-acre property and featuring spacious lawns and other natural outdoor spaces, Thunder Ridge is perfect for events with up to 100 people. Both the beautiful fresh outdoors and climate controlled indoor areas are able to accommodate your guests depending on the PNW weather. Booking the property for your event includes the 1,500 square-foot reception hall and the similarly sized lighted patio and bar area. There is also secure on-site parking with an attendant which can accommodate up to 50 vehicles. The venue also offers a bridal suite with dedicated hair and makeup areas as well as a grooms quarters. Setup and teardown of tables/chairs and cleaning included.

Imperia Lake Union is situated in former historic Lake Union Café, originally built in 1927 and converted to an event venue over 20 years ago. A 6,000 square foot private event space overlooking Lake Union from the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle, Imperia features 10-foot chandeliers, copper ceilings, a built-in dance floor, gourmet menus, premium florals, incredible staff, and so much more.
