Cardigan Lodge is situated on a 1,200-acre reservation owned by the Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC), the oldest outdoor non-profit organization in the United States. Built in 1853, the lodge is adjacent to the 5,000-acre Cardigan Mountain State Park and is conveniently located two hours from Boston, MA. The first Common Man Restaurant opened in Ashland, NH in 1971. In the summer of ’72, we catered our first uncommon event. Welcome to The Barn at Bull Meadow, a 7,000 square foot rustic yet modern wedding and event center located less than 10 minutes from downtown Concord, New Hampshire. The barn was purpose built from the ground up in 2020 to host weddings and other events, including corporate gatherings and family parties for up to 180 guests. It’s located on a secluded 34 acre meadow with open fields and a beautiful pond which provides the perfect backdrop for your on-site wedding ceremony.

The Old Scott Barn truly is a venue like no other! Although the 1800s barn is fully restored, we made every effort to keep the original dairy barn features intact. The upstairs hay loft has a spectacular view of Signal Mountain which you will enjoy as you dance on the new wood floors beneath the old hay trolley above you. When you descend the wrap around stair case and enter the old milking parlor downstairs, you will see a stunning 30 foot live edge wood bar and new 20" wide pine flooring nestled in among the old cow stanchions and milking hardware. We only hold one venue per weekend. We are on 6 acres located in the Monadnock area of New Hampshire. We are a venue and lodging establishment. We have a large patio for venue use for rehearsal dinners etc. Lots of places for photos and fun and games.

The barn at ColdSpring Farm was built in 2008-09 and updated as a venue in 2019. It is a true post and beam barn intended originally for our horses but they prefer to be outside no matter what the weather or season! The downstairs is fully equipped for dining or dancing, cocktails or even your ceremony should rain threaten. The upstairs is bright, open and typically where dinner is served and a great place for dancing into the evening. A sweet Bride's Cottage sits near our ceremony area. It is a magical little cottage meant for the bride and her party. The ceremony area is fully of live edge benches and a beautiful cedar arbor. And finally, the patio has a large fire pit, a bocce court, rustic tables and plenty of spots for s'mores and fun throughout your day and evening.
