Valley Run Farm has hosted weddings, anniversaries, retirement parties, farm-themed birthdays, company and charitable events, and farm festivals. With all that Valley Run Farm has to offer, we couldn’t just keep it to ourselves, and decided to open our event venue to the community in 2020 so others may enjoy our setting. We’re excited to share our property with you and look forward to making a unique lasting impression on you and your guests!

Our historic 40 acre venue, settled in 1750, offers the perfect blend of elegance and rustic charm. We provide our guests with the beauty of an old-world estate paired with modern amenities. Our "Chandelier Farmhouse" sleeps up to 14 of your loved ones, while the antique barn, lawn terraces and English Garden provide the perfect backdrops for ceremonies, cocktail hours and receptions. The Bluemont Belle's magic Hour is 2nd to none, bringing the estate to life providing you with the most unique photo opportunities. The tree-lined drive, historic stone wall flanking the farmhouse, period stone smoke house and 200 year old towering trees serve as guardians for your big day and complete our breathtaking estate, making it a perfect, serene wedding destination. Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm is a combination of antique buildings from the 1800s that have been combined to create a restaurant featuring local cuisine in Ashburn, VA. This classic wedding venue has vintage touches that make it a truly special location for a couple’s wedding, from stone fireplaces to the wooden rafters. Couples can find this venue in Northern Virginia, a 13-minute drive from Dulles International Airport. Facilities and Capacity Up to 160 guests can join couples on their wedding day at Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm. This classy wedding venue offers several room options for a couple’s ceremony and reception. The Terrace accommodates up to 150 seated guests for a wedding reception, weather permitting. The Chandler Bar & Barn can be used as the primary or back-up plan. This space can seat up to 160 guests for a couple’s big day. More wooden beams stretch up around circular chandeliers in this antique space.

Sited on a slight rise above the surrounding countryside, Little Oatlands estate offers views across cultivated fields to the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, providing a scenic backdrop for celebrations. The domestic complex consists of an historic 18th century stone main house and cottage, a gracious lawn perfect for a large tent, and an award-winning formal garden inspired by French and Italian Renaissance garden design that makes for a unique and elegant event site. In addition to your choice of beautiful outdoor sites for both the ceremony and reception, the property offers overnight accommodations for up to 20 family members and friends in the well-appointed main house and cottage. The property offers walking/hiking trails, swimming pool, tennis court and other recreational amenities to entertain guests in the day(s) before and after the wedding.
