Calmerin was the best investment we made for our wedding, hands down!!! Glennie and Ashton were incredible from the start to finish. We knew from the very first phone call that they were going to 100% on top of it, and we were right! The organization and detail of this team is top-notch. We hired them for Jade Package, which is similar to day-of-coordination (which is really more month-of), and was super important given our majority DIY wedding with 170 guests. Plus, Glennie and Ashton were such lovely, kind, and genuine people!! While the bulk of the details and communication was in the month leading up to our wedding, we had access to all of the planning docs as soon as we sent our deposit. The planning docs are AMAZING and so detailed, making us feel like we could transfer all of our knowledge/plans/thoughts to them. This was really important for us since we were doing the majority of the planning, and they executed phenomenally. We were also able to ask them for questions, such as a DJ recommendation. Glennie and Ashton were fantastic during the thorough venue walk-through, video calls, rehearsal with our wedding party, and on the day-of. We were able to drop off all of our wedding stuff (2 SUVs full) the morning of with set-up directions, and we showed up and it looked better than we had imagined/planned for! The tight set-up window from our venue was stressful, but Glennie and Ashton made sure everything was ready to go. They were so great at communicating with our vendors (we got many compliments!) They only texted us 1 small question the day-of, knowing that we were stressed and busy. They were AMAZING throughout the whole night, making sure we were on schedule and that we had everything we needed. We could go on and on about how amazing the team was and how happy we are that we worked with them. Best decision, book them before their calendars fill!

I cried a few days before my wedding because remembering all the months prior, they were there for me every step of the way. And on the day, everyone kept asking me, Is your planner a friend of yours? I honestly told them, 100% yes. :) Because I feel like we now are friends. Such a family orientated company. I highly recommend.

So I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this because my experience very easy and pleasant. I wasn’t left to plan my own wedding. The wedding planners here were very attentive and they basically helped me plan my wedding. Think of it like we planned my wedding together. The price was perfect too cause wedding planners are expensive. They even hooked me up with transportation and flowers for my wedding. Prestige Planning Co. was really great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Jenell was so responsive and offered to keep in touch very frequently leading up to the wedding. She took on familiarizing herself with a venue she had not been to or coordinated before our big day. Our venue was unique in that we had to ride the tram at Paisades Tahoe to access the reception Terrace Room. This meant all of our decor, Flower Moxie florals, vendors, and guests had to get up the mountain at particular times. She managed it all fabulously. We can’t say enough great things about Jenell’s work and how she helped us pull off a lot of the DIY final touches. Our Tahoe wedding weekend was perfect.

Michele was our full wedding planner. Our wedding went perfect without a single hitch and it was all thanks to Michele. We had the caterer for our rehearsal dinner drop out one week before the event and Michele found us a replacement within an hour; and the replacement caterer was a slam dunk. Everyone loved the food. On the day of the wedding and rehearsal dinner Michele and Dan did everything. And I mean everything. She set up tables, positioned flowers and welcome signs and seating charts. She ironed over disagreements with vendors and never once did we have to lift a finger. It is a common saying that the bride and groom never enjoy their own wedding but we thoroughly had a blast at ours thanks to Michele. She is forever our go-to recommendation to all our friends getting married. If she has availability to plan your wedding, book her.

Events by Lisa was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! Her communication was 10/10 - Lisa was so easy to reach out to and the connection was definitely there. The quality of their work and value was unmatched, as Lisa went above and beyond. She thought everything through and even when little things went wrong, she took care of them so quickly without worrying me or anyone else. For example, Lisa made sure to call all the vendors ahead of time to confirm, and turns out one vendor had the dates mixed up, but she got that figured out on the wedding day without even telling us so we wouldn't worry. She also had extra makeup on hand which was so helpful for touch-ups throughout the day. I think everyone needs to invest in a day-of coordinator, and Lisa was such a life-saver - I can't imagine how bumpy our day would have been if she wasn't there!

Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

Literally the second after I got engaged, my mom sent me Andi's contact information, which she received from a mutual friend that had high praise praise for Musa Weddings. In a few days, Andi and I had set up a call and were signing a contract to work together. Whereas, the other planners that I contacted never got back to me. From our first conversation on, Andi and her team were a pleasure and joy to work with. They answered every little question we had, always checked in to ask how we were doing when we sounded stressed, was quick to respond, and was extremely organized. I quickly realized that I would've be lost without her. Her team recommended every vendor, created every timeline, kept up on track in our budget, and so much more. It was such a weight off of our shoulders to know that every vendor her team recommended, were people that she worked with consistently, so we knew they were trustworthy and would provide quality services. During the planning process, we had some requests that were really important to us and she made it all come together so seamlessly. On the day of the wedding, she moved everything along, checked in with vendors, kept the group organized, and made sure everything was running smoothly. She even took some BTS photos and videos to share with us that was amazing to see the next day. Her team was there with me the entire day, while Andi organized the vendors and event space, to support me. I feel like normally you hear people talk about at least one thing going wrong, but I never felt that way. The day after our wedding, I woke up being unable to think of a single thing that went wrong. Our day was truly magical and it was all thanks to Musa. Hiring Musa was THE BEST decision I made in my wedding journey and I've told everyone I know since about her and her amazing team!

Once we started working with her the month prior to the wedding a lot of my anxieties regarding how the day was going to go were taken away due to her depth of experience and professionalism. She really took the reins during those last weeks to follow up on final details with our vendors and getting closer to the date I had people asking me if I was stressed out and I can honestly say that I was not as I knew that we were in great hands. The time frame leading up to the wedding I felt my excitement build with each meeting that we had with Rose! The day of the wedding her team of professionals I feel went above and beyond to ensure that everything was to my wishes. They took on a super difficult task due to the nature of the venue -- an DIY outdoor center with no cell phone reception, and key sites separated by a 0.3 mile gravel path, plus literally 7 different locations for all the different events (rehearsal, his and hers getting ready, ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, and food storage cabin). Oh, also the venue team has never hosted a wedding before!!! B&K handled it perfectly. I truly don't know what we would have done without them.
