We loved having Sarah as our wedding planner! We used her as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Rosewood Farms in September. As someone who thought they were an organized person, Sarah exceeded our expectations of what organized looks like. We had our first meeting with her about 6 weeks prior to our wedding day. I went into the meeting feeling nervous and anxious about all the things we had left to do and all the details that still needed to be decided on. Sarah gave us great advice on linens (I’ve never thought about linens in as much detail until I met Sarah lol), timeline, table layout, and all of the logistics throughout the day. We left our first meeting having our entire wedding day timeline planned out from the moment we got to the venue at 8am until we left at 10pm. Safe to say we left that meeting feeling much better and knew that we were in great hands. Fast forward to our wedding day and we can confidently say that it was everything we dreamed of. Sarah executed my vision of what I wanted our reception space, cocktail hour, and ceremony space to look like perfectly. She made sure we were taken care of all day long. She had our cocktail hour food and drinks ready for us right after the ceremony and made sure that we got our preferred drinks right before last call. She kept everything on schedule and I don’t think we had a single hiccup all day long (and even if we did we didn’t know about it). It also helps when all of your vendors have worked together multiple times and get along great. We had such a great team! On top of giving us our perfect day, Sarah is also the sweetest person to work with! She supported our decisions and gave her input and expertise when we needed it. I felt comfortable giving her creative discretion because I felt like she listened and understood my vision in our meetings. I would highly recommend Sarah for any wedding planning services! She is organized, attentive, supportive, hard working, and easy to get along with! I can’t thank her enough for giving us our perfect day!

Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

I cannot say thank you enough to Steph! She was absolutely amazing. She was so committed to learning what aspects of the wedding were most important to us and making sure they happened on the day of. For example, we were getting caught up in the dancing and were going to skip the cake cutting. She didn’t push, she just asked, “Are you sure? You told me that this was something that was important to you, so I just want to check”. And I’m so thankful she did that, because it’s one of my favorite wedding moments! She went absolutely above and beyond for us. I am currently in medical school and was so stressed leading up to the wedding, but Steph made me feel like it was possible. She was so organized and wrote out every detail we discussed. She went out of her way to suggest some vendors we were struggling to book last minute, and the list goes on. Eileen was amazing as our wedding planner / month-of coordinator. Both my husband and I were SO glad we hired her. Eileen helped us make so many decisions during the planning process that led to an extremely smooth wedding day - from where the bar was located to how we processed down the aisle, from whether to do cake or a dessert bar, to when champagne was poured - she really nailed it. She also worked with all of our vendors to coordinate setup and was onsite to help make sure everything was set up correctly & as planned. Everyone jokes that something *always* goes wrong on your wedding day, no matter how much you plan, but really we had nothing go wrong thanks to Eileen! She made our day stress-free! It's also important to call out that our venue wedding coordinator quit a couple of weeks before our wedding, and Eileen stepped up and swooped in to make sure our new point of contact at the venue was fully up-to-speed. Thank god for Eileen! I highly recommend her. And if you're on the fence about needing a wedding coordinator -- just take the leap! SO SO worth it.

Wow, I would recommend Rachel 10 times over! Everyone at the wedding was so impressed by her professionalism and beautiful design work. She and her assistant worked tirelessly to help coordinate and have everything run smoothly. I am still in absolute awe of how beautifully everything came together! A lot of my decor was more DIY, and Rachel made everything look even better than I could have ever hoped! Claudio & Co Events was a delight to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was affable, approachable, and facilitating - they were always available to answer questions and help us through the planning process. The quality of their work was insurmountable, as they were effective at keeping us on track and ensuring our venue duties on the ceremony day was fun and felt good. When unexpected things happened, they had backups and contingencies ready to go, and their ability to quickly wrangle the necessary roles and pivot to take charge of the circumstances was truly impressive. Claudio & Co Events were a wonder to work with at our venue, doing everything and more to prepare us and the other vendors for the big day. They were easy to communicate with and made sure to be on-site for communication and discovery as much as possible to ensure the vision was coming to life. Friend's & family know me as being very organized, but (thankfully) I have never planned a wedding before, & there are just details and logistics that you don't know or think about. I no longer live in Maryland, but that didn't stop Veronica from being able to help me with her expertise. I purchased the 12-month virtual wedding planning package. We would virtually meet on Zoom once a month, but her secret weapon is a web portal that has everything you need to reference from customized timelines, budgeting, photo boards, vendors/contact info, & so much more! It also makes it very convenient to communicate through there. Instead of many emails or text chains about allllll the topics that will arise, you can post thoughts, questions, pictures, links, documents, & more. It will notify Veronica by email that you put something in Aisle Planner & she can read/respond & will get back to you within 24hrs. So although I did the 'virtual' package I never felt like I was alone or like Veronica wasn't there to help (she even video chatted with me at the final venue walkthrough 30 days before the wedding!) Even if you think you don't need help or it's not worth it, I promise that when your mental sanity is dwindling, especially towards the end with everything going on, you will be SOO happy you chose Veronica for either in-person or virtual wedding planning!

Meagan is everything you’d expect a travel agent to be AND MORE. The organization, the promptness, the expertise she has in all things travel related provides a huge sense of comfort and ease when planning a trip. My husband and I experienced a hiccup during our honeymoon and Meagan leapt into action to assist even with the time change being 5 hours ahead of EST which led to a VERY early morning for her to help troubleshoot.
