They will create your dream wedding!
Connecting with Anna and Courtney was one of our favorite moments of the early wedding planning process! Right from the start, it was evident that Anna and Courtney have an amazing synergy together and that they’re passionate about planning events. They've found a way to balance showing excitement in celebrating alongside you, while also being very professional and prepared. During our discovery call, they were so attentive to our vision for our wedding, and their questions were so thoughtful and helped us to put our ideas to words. It was evident that they were committed to supporting us in creating the wedding of our dreams, even before we’d officially hired them! We were so impressed that after our first chat, Anna and Courtney sent a follow-up email with a list of venue ideas — this demonstrated to us how carefully they had listened to us and how accurately they understood our vision. Their recommendations perfectly fit within our vision and made us feel so confident that with their help we would be able to find a venue that fit all of our criteria. Aside from their expertise and personalized recommendations, Anna and Courtney were so patient and fun to talk to. They made the topic of wedding planning (which can feel stressful) feel like a fun and creative process! It was so bittersweet that my fiancé and I ended up choosing a venue that had a built-in wedding planner, because that meant that we ultimately couldn't hire Anna and Courtney. However, we felt confident that Anna and Courtney would have done an exceptional job, and we’re so grateful that they infused our early wedding planning moments with such excitement, energy, and clarity. If you’re looking for a team of ladies who will support you in coordinating all of the logistical pieces of your wedding but who will also feel like supportive and excited friends, then look no further than Anna and Courtney at Colectiva Events!

Courtney and Anna planned my bridal shower, bachelorette and gender reveal party, as well as coordinated countless details during my wedding. They both thought through everything and left no stone unturned, allowing me to fully be present and enjoy all my events. I don't know what I would have done without these girls! They both took so much care in listening to my vision before each event and executing it perfectly- even better than I expected. They're planning my baby shower in February and I can't wait to see what they'll do this time. Highly recommend Colectiva events and plan to use them for any/all future events to come!
AMAZING Couples Shower!
Courtney planned the best Vegas-themed couples shower I could have dreamed of! She thought of absolutely everything, from the signage to the decor and even signature drinks! I had no doubt it would be a fantastic party, but her attention to detail and planning blew me out of the water. It was a party I (and our guests) will never forget! I look forward to working with Colectiva in the future for more events :)
