Windham Manor is a breathtaking new wedding venue located in the beautiful Catskill mountain town of Windham, NY. Our serene 45-acre property features a beautiful, newly renovated twelve bedroom Victorian mansion, which can accommodate up to 24 overnight guests. The stunning home features an on-site gym; spa; full service kitchen; ADA accommodations; private bathrooms; incredible views; and more. It's the perfect space for a welcome reception, rehearsal dinner, brunch, or a small wedding. The property also boasts a newly-constructed luxury reception barn, which can hold up to 300 guests for dinner and dancing. It features a covered patio overlooking a small waterfall and pond; a large bar area; a bridal suite; a stone fireplace; and so much more. The space includes farm tables and chairs. The Pruyn House is the Cultural and Historical Center for the Town of Colonie. We have a five and 1/2 acre property, including the House, the Buhrmaster Barn, the Verdoy Schoolhouse and several other buildings. We provide access to the Barn for the reception, the garden for the ceremony, the birch grove for the cocktail hour and dressing areas in the Pruyn House and the Verdoy Schoolhouse. Tables and chairs are included. All else must be provided through rental services and catering. We have one security person who will be on site throughout your event. All else provided by caterer or rental service.
