A hospitality first approach ensures your guests will feel taken care of while ensuring quick initial food and beverage options, warm service, and ways to eliminate queues. Our in-house catering provides a wide range of menus with different themes and service formats, including cultural and dietary menus. The downtown Long Beach location provides access to lots of hotels, restaurants, Catalina, the Queen Mary, for a great weekend for your guests. And all roads lead to Long Beach so it's a perfect spot for those with guests coming from San Diego to Los Angeles. We only have one event a day, providing you exclusive use of the property. Create your dream day in the expansive ground floor with the beautiful ballroom, vintage salons, and lush gardens. We are a Venue Only and work exclusively with several preferred, full service catering companies. There are no food & beverage minimums and you can provide your own alcohol with no corkage fees.

The Maxwell House is an Historic Landmark & Special Event Space located in the heart of Old-Town Pasadena. Full of unique, historic charm, it is a venue built for making memories! We offer a variety of wedding and special event packages, perfect for any of life’s celebrations! Event rentals include access to the entire first floor, including the main ballroom, grand staircase, sweeping foyer, large dining room, library, full kitchen, and two outdoor patios, in addition to the upstairs mezzanines and wedding suite. Included in our packages is the use of our inhouse equipment such as tables and chairs, artisan crafted wooden wedding arch, dance floor, sound system, bar, outdoor string lighting, complimentary parking, and more!

Lindley Scott House offers both indoor and uncovered outdoor event spaces that are great for your wedding ceremony and reception. They offer two different event spaces for your occasion. One event space is the front lawn area with a large lawn and trees and the second event space is located adjacent to the Carriage House

The clubhouse includes a ballroom with an elevated stage, tea room, bridal suite, and kitchen. The outdoor courtyard is a private walled area with arched wrought iron gates, large fountain, majestic oak tree, and mature garden. Our venue accommodates up to 130 guests and has a private, spacious parking lot.
