She was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process and worked magic with a few of our vendors to ensure my vision was executed perfectly on our day. Additionally, I had MANY diy projects that she handled on the day effortlessly. (That was a HUGE ask of her....being our venue was quite large.) She paid attention to all of the MANY details I had from the moment we met at our venue walk-through, to our rehearsal, to our day-of. She was in constant contact with myself and on the moments that she knew would be sensitive to me (I could possibly come unglued)...she had amazing intuition to involve the groom. Rosie handled our day AMAZINGLY. She showed up early, stayed late and comforted me through the all the melt-downs! The day would not have been what it was without her. Where do I even begin with Ivory & Stone?! Let’s just say without them, there probably would’ve been no wedding. I had the pleasure of working with Robyn Fallon. The other girls were always available, but boy did I get lucky with her! She felt like a best friend during those six months, but was so professional at the same time. She knew every single detail that needed to be dealt with, at a moments notice (things I would’ve never thought of). We had many video calls, but I began looking forward to them. She never complained or made me feel crazy for changing my mind 64828 times. I trusted her with my life at that point. She knew I didn’t like something before I even knew I didn’t like it. I gave her the reigns, and she NAILED everything. The design, the vendor coordination, the scheduling, etc etc etc. They also use this platform that allows you to track everything, and it has every information a wedding could need. It made vendor shopping, budgeting, and communication so easy. I was never worried I was forgetting something. Some of my planning I was doing overseas, which did not make anything harder due to how accommodating she was. Keep in mind she’s also planning 47382 other weddings at the same time, but I felt like the only one. Fast forward to the big day… it went perfect. I could cry thinking about it. She was checking in on us throughout the entire day / night making sure we had food, drinks, and reminding us to enjoy each moment. At one point she even hair sprayed my husbands hair because it was acting wild hahah. Our guests are STILL reaching out to us raving about how beautiful everything was. Robyn is an all-in-one super hero. I will never forget her!

While working an event, by the end of the night, everyone was calling me "Mom" because I was there for whatever they needed and it made us all laugh. In looking back at these moments and the feedback from my past clients and colleagues, it makes me proud to think that "everyone needs a Bradie." Everyone needs that person who will support them, hype them up, keep them on track, and be your advocate. In life, that person is likely your partner.

Bradie is an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator! I had not even hired her yet and she was helping me find vendors (who we also hired). Even our photographer, who had never worked with Bradie before, said she was the best he had ever had the pleasure of working with. Bradie works with you early to make sure you are on track and helps with any questions that come up. As the wedding got closer, Bradie took on communicating and organizing with my other vendors. Any bump in the plan that came up, she was on it to make sure it was resolved. If any detail was stressing me out, Bradie, took it on no problem. She was usually already working on it by the time I asked. The day of coordination was flawless. I didn't really have to think of a thing, I just got to have fun and enjoy the big day. It's 8 million percent worth it to have Bradie as your coordinator.

We worked with Patty as our wedding coordinator. Patty excelled at finding vendors that met our specific guidelines and was very cost-effective, which was a big help during the planning process. However, we did have some concerns with her approach to vendor communication. She often relied on the bride to handle communication difficulties with vendors, rather than taking the lead herself. This caused some unnecessary stress. We would have liked Patty to be more hands-on in providing design ideas. Fortunately, our on-site wedding venue coordinator was fantastic and kept everything running smoothly on the day. However, we were disappointed that wedding party members were asked to handle tasks that should have been managed by Patty. Our biggest concern was that the marriage certificate was left behind. Ensuring the certificate is on-site should have been a top priority for the coordinator, either the morning of the wedding or at the rehearsal. Overall, while Patty had strengths in certain areas, there were aspects of her service that fell short of our expectations.
