Mr. Renner’s daughter took over the building in 2004 and runs the restaurant and brewery along with her business partner Mike Rose. FringeArts is a unique venue in Old City with two versatile spaces that can be rented separately or together, based on the couple’s vision. Most often the spaces are rented together. Our restaurant can seat 80 or host a standing cocktail reception for 150. FringeArts can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated dinner in their space. The two spaces are separated by a moveable air wall. We can host a ceremony and cocktail hour in the restaurant and in Haas Biergarten right outside, and then open the wall to reveal a dining room space in the FringeArts theater. After dinner, head back out to the main bar and hit up the dance floor, or head outside to Haas Biergarten. Outside we have a bar that is operational May-October, lawn games, fire pits, and a great view of the Ben Franklin Bridge!

Originally erected in 1917 during wartimes, the space has been thoughtfully remade to preserve the history within its walls while we celebrate life today. We invite you to come make your mark on history! Our maximum fully seated indoor capacity is 120 guests, and our casual standing reception-style indoor capacity is approximately 150 guests. The use of our outdoor space increases to approximately 175 guests total standing reception-style (weather permitting as there is no cover outside without a tent rental).

Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. More importantly, he imagined bringing others’ visions to life with a beautiful and unique setting for weddings and private events.

Artemis Venues provides three beautiful spaces located in South Central Pennsylvania. The Barn is our secluded outdoor venue located on 17 acres of pristine land overlooking The Susquehanna River! Terrapin Station (our newest venue) is recently remodeled from an old tobacco factory build in 1910. It has a rustic, industrial feel and is the perfect place to dance under the twinkling lights. Artemis features a historical ballroom with stadium seating and one of a kind light fixtures. We also have a new outdoor space called The Courtyard coming to Artemis and Terrapin Station this year, giving your rental indoor/outdoor capabilities. Our Brewery is located in downtown Yardley inside an old bank building built in 1889. We feature the original Vault and safety deposit boxes. We host events in our private Back bar event space. While pricing is based upon a minimum spend, our drink and food packages help you to reach this spend, instead of being an added fee on top!
