Dock Room

Industrial chic with gorgeous chandeliers and rustic cement floors. This is a space for you to have your ceremony as well as cocktails and dancing.

You and your guests will toast, cheer, and dine in the main room. Then, go to the dock room to continue the party by dancing under our multiple chandeliers. The dock room features floor-to-ceiling garage doors. These can be opened during your reception. Our patio area is steps from the reception space. You and your guests have full access to this space.

    Warehouse435 was the perfect venue for our wedding! From the start, their communication was easy, quick, and professional. The space they created was absolutely beautiful and so unique - our guests couldn't stop raving about it. Warehouse435 made the entire process easy and seamless, allowing us to truly focus on celebrating our special day with our loved ones.     Suzie and Leonard are the sweetest couple! We had a prior mix up with dates BUT Suzie and Leonard were willing to work plans out with us and I am so happy they did. Their venue and kindness couldn't have made our day any better!

    I had my wedding at W435 in January 2024. The staff was helpful and smart, and the venue itself is beautiful. I love the vibe that Suzie has curated there, there is already some great decor there so that lightens the load for preparation and expenses. I described my wedding theme as classy industrial chic and it all came together really nicely. It snowed my wedding day, so this venue was perfect to have our ceremony and reception in one building.
