Located within Sentient Workspace, a prestigious event venue, the Solstice Room boasts a stunning & unique setting. Originally a bank, this space has been transformed into a stylish coworking concept and venue. The all-glass atrium provides a backdrop for both daytime and evening events, surrounded by lush trees & a tranquil creek. With a completely customizable layout, the Solstice Room is the perfect choice for weddings, bridal showers, & other social gatherings.

The cafe boasts a sleek, modern design that combines sophistication with a relaxed ambiance.

To one side, a large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, providing a touch of entertainment without overwhelming the space. The coffee machine and tea station feature many drinking options and they are the heart of the cafe. Comfortable seating options are thoughtfully arranged throughout the cafe. Large windows allow natural light and a view over looking the woods, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, enhancing the overall sense of tranquility and comfort.

This affordable wedding package is ideal for elopements or micro weddings of 50 people or less (including the couple). This package is perfect for weekdays/nights or Sundays. However if you wish to have a Saturday wedding, you may Choose time slots from 10am-4pm, 5pm- 11pm, or 6pm-12am. There is a a 6% PA sales tax.

Yes, we have ample parking on three levels of our parking lot.

No, at this time we only require insurance if your caterer will be serving food on-site with staff.

Tables and chairs are included with your rental fee. We have all the tables you need for guests, catering, and gift tables. Linen, charger plates (gold or silver), champagne glasses, backdrop/arch, a bar tender, and coffee/tea station add-ons are available for an additional price.

Our Solstice event space can accommodate 100 guests, however we have a lounge area and cafe space available for an additional fee for an informal cocktail reception up to 200 guests.

Yes, however, you are required to hire a professional bartender to ensure safety.

Yes, we have an on-site venue coordinator who will be there for your event. They are responsible for managing everything on the facilities side. Your Venue Coordinator will set up the chairs/tables, dim the lights, ensuring the venue is well-maintained, confirm your layout, they will have the doors open for you, your vendors, and guests and they make sure you have any janitorial supplies you need.

In the women's room there are 4 stalls and a changing table. In the men's room there are 2 stalls, 2 urinals, and a changing table.

Yes, but children must be supervised at all times by an adult and they may only be allowed in the rented space to ensure that unless otherwise stated.

We don't have a dedicated getting ready suite just yet, but we do have plenty of rooms you can get ready in.

Yes, tables and chairs are included at no extra cost. We have 10 round tables, 4 high tops, 4 six foot, and 4 eight foot tables.

We highly recommend you hire an wedding coordinator at least, who can help you plan and manage your event. You will need someone to make sure no detail is forgotten, who can communicate with all of your vendors, and who can help you with a detailed timeline. There are over 5,000 details that go into wedding planning and you may not be able to keep track of them all by yourself. We have preferred planners you can choose from including a Master Certified Wedding & Event Planner and Wedding Design Consultant.

No, we do not have in-house catering. However, we do have a list of preferred caterers and we give you the freedom to bring in your own catering/food.

Our off-peak season is January-March and our off-peak days are Mondays-Wednesdays, & Sundays.

Our peak season is April-November, & our peak days are Thursdays-Saturdays.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Rehearsal will take place Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays between the hours of 11am until 4pm.
