Blue View Barn is family owned and operated on our farm as a way to share our beautiful property for weddings and receptions. Our barn venue sits on 38 acres with tall pine trees and beautiful oak trees. We are in Winter Haven, home of Legoland between Tampa and Orlando in the heart of central Florida. Our venue features a reception barn, outdoor chapel, dance floor, outdoor bar, caterer's kitchen, bridal suite and groom saloon. The Sugar Barn is located on a 45-acre Ranch in Lake Wales, in Central Florida’s Polk County. The Whidden’s purchased the ranch in 2005 and have been developing the perfect location for your barn wedding, celebration, or corporate event. This unique venue is not an old converted barn but a beautiful new Montana Red Spruce structure with the warmth and character of a rustic setting, but with all the commercial amenities you need for a successful, comfortable, and elegant event. The barn has been built with soaring 45-foot ceilings and a stone fireplace, beautiful crystal chandeliers, a catering kitchen, and an oversized, 1200 sq ft bridal suite. Your guests will walk along the 120-foot bridge, across the stocked pond, to the Wild Orange ceremony location, which also features a restroom facility and a bachelor’s cottage. The orchard next to the barn grows sugar cane, thus lending to the name The Sugar Barn.

We are a family run venue for over 30 years. Our bridal loft is over 1400 square foot full of antiques. We offer receptions inside our air conditioned banquet hall or outside on our beautiful grounds. We have several different wedding sites to choose from and many beautiful photos opportunities . You can have a DIY wedding or an all inclusive wedding. Our goal is to give each couple their own unique wedding of their dreams.

Haus 820 is a historic architectural building, featuring wall-to-wall whitewashed brick walls, large warehouse windows and black industrial finishes; a perfect balance of vintage and modern. Originally built in 1924, our Haus was formerly an A&P grocery store. The refurbished 7,500 square foot space has a white interior full of natural light. With 22-foot open rafter ceilings, charcoal-stained and sealed cement floors, and an expansive footprint that will seat up to 500 seated guests, Haus 820 is a fully renovated historic warehouse and the premier event venue in Central Florida.
