Hello there, welcome to our venue. We are so glad you stopped by! You have a ring on your finger and a date in mind and it’s time to choose a venue that will fit your dreams. We understand how challenging it is to find the venue that fits into your budget, location, and vision. Just like you, we feel all of those are of the utmost importance. We are a Central Florida Barn Wedding Venue, located in Sebring, Florida. Your guests from all around Florida, whether it be Tampa, Ft. Meyers, Orlando, West Palm, or anywhere on either coast, can meet in the middle. You will feel like you are in a piece of paradise on our 120-acre ranch with all of Florida’s natural landscape and only 7 minutes from the nearest hotels and eateries. Without playing the comparison game that is so easy to do these days, Florida Barn Weddings and Events offers a classy, elegant, romantic, and well-built venue that will exceed your expectations. We are a one-of-a-kind venue with a family feel!

The Florida Barn Weddings and Events ranch is surrounded by natural beauty, including tall southern pines, widespread live oaks, beautiful palms, and 5 paddocks enclosed with black rail fencing. There are multiple wedding ceremony locations to choose from and the venue can accommodate 250 seated guests. There is a food preparation kitchen for catering, a cold storage room, and food stations for serving guests. The venue features a large bridal suite, restrooms for men and women, and a large parking area. Rental is available from 8 am to 11 pm so you can watch the beautiful sunset as you celebrate.

Florida Barn Weddings and Events offers venue services exclusively, so couples are free to choose their own caterers and vendors, however, they can recommend local vendors if needed. Rental of the venue includes the use of air-conditioned dressing rooms and restrooms, food prep rooms with refrigeration, food stations, and ample parking for guests. They also offer day-of coordination for an additional fee. Additional services available include the use of tables and chairs, event clean-up, and lighting.

We do not supply linens or Decorations, but you can check our preferred vendors pg.

You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly.

We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only.

The property could be rented out during the week . For that reason, all deliveries must happen during the standard rental period. Please advise your vendors of this policy.

It’s really up to you, however, just think about if you want any sunset pictures with your wedding party and family. We would suggest ceremony start 1 - 1.5 hours ahead of sunset. You would want to see what time sunset is at the time of year you are getting married. That’s also a great question to ask your photographer.

Great question. Candles are allowed, however they do need to be in a candle holder to catch the wax.

Our price includes setting the tables according to your guest count and your design (as long as we know 5 days in advance)

No fireworks with the exception of a sparkler send off. The sparkler send off has to be done outside the building on the gravel driveway and somebody put in charge of making sure they are disposed of properly.

We recommend several caterers that do a fantastic job, and are familiar with our facility. You may get the approval with Randall or Betsy to use another vendor. Please ask.

In our experience, it's most efficient and most cost effective for couples to work directly with the caterer. Simply book your big day with Florida Barn Weddings and Events and reach out to the caterers of your choosing to schedule a tasting and get the ball rolling!
