    As a catering vendor, we have worked in numerous venues and, we appreciate that Black Swan Venue allows ample time to access the building for set up and break down. Black Swan Venue is one of the best, and an excellent choice for any wedding. The staff always ensures great communication with couples throughout the planning process, quickly addressing any questions or concerns they may have. The venue itself is in a convenient location in downtown Lakeland, and has a spacious ballroom with a kitchenette we are able to stage in. The staff always goes above and beyond, paying special attention to the bride and groom. We are honored to work with them and would highly recommend Black Swan Venue for every couple's wedding day.

    Black Swan Venue is an absolute pleasure to work with for weddings. Their communication style is excellent - they are always quick to follow up, incredibly friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the planning process and make it a smooth journey for the couples we serve.
