About this venue

Haus 820 is a historic architectural building, featuring wall-to-wall whitewashed brick walls, large warehouse windows and black industrial finishes; a perfect balance of vintage and modern. Originally built in 1924, our Haus was formerly an A&P grocery store. The refurbished 7,500 square foot space has a white interior full of natural light. With 22-foot open rafter ceilings, charcoal-stained and sealed cement floors, and an expansive footprint that will seat up to 500 seated guests, Haus 820 is a fully renovated historic warehouse and the premier event venue in Central Florida.

Yes, however, a licensed and insured bartending/catering company must be the ones serving it to guests.

Yes, and and we also work closely with a valet company that can be used.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have a ramp at the side entrances in the courtyard.

Haus 820 is a non-exclusive venue, which allows our clients to bring any licensed and insured vendor. Lakeland Valet is our only exclusive vendor, whom we recommend you use for all parking needs.

Haus 820 includes 150 black chiavari chairs + black chair pads and (15) 72” round tables with your contract. We offer to set up and breakdown our in-Haus tables and chairs for an extra fee.

You may hang decor from the rafters such as signs, greenery, curtains and more. Weight requirements and guidelines will be outlined in your contract and security deposit agreement. You may not place anything on the wall including, but not limited to, command strips, tape and nails.

Any smoking inside of the building will be an automatic loss of your security deposit. If you would like to discuss smoking requests further, please contact our Venue Manager.

In most cases, as long as your event is within your hourly rental period there should not be an issue. If you would like to request a late night event scheduled to end past 12am, late night charges of $150/hr will apply.
