Based in the Pocono Mountains, We Do Events offers custom wedding planning in the Hudson Valley, Poconos, and Catskills. Wherever you dream of saying “I do,” we’ll make sure your event is not just picturesque, it’s planned — and pulled off — to perfection. When our founder, Jilian Becker, was planning her own destination wedding in the Poconos back in 2016, she noticed a gap in the wedding industry in this pocket of the northeast. So, she decided to fill it. Now a top-rated, award-winning company, We Do Events serves couples in the Hudson Valley, Catskills, and Poconos region. We’re like the wedding guide we wish we’d had — and now you do.

Jilian is the leader behind We Do Events. She created We Do Events after a decade-long career with some of America's biggest brands, including Microsoft and Major League Soccer. Over the past eight years, her team has planned and produced over 100 weddings. Jilian lives in the Hudson Valley with her husband, two young children, and dog. In the summers you can find their family at their cottage in the Pocono Mountains.

Capable of handling some — but not all — of the wedding planning? Partial Planning is our most popular service for a reason. It gives you the best of both worlds: all the day-of coordination from Wedding Management, plus 10 hours of consulting or execution from our team to be used however you’d like. From vendor recommendations to montlhy planning calls, we've got your back.

Happy to plan your own wedding, but want help actually producing it? Let us take over where you left off with our Wedding Management service. Starting a month from your wedding day, we’ll handle all vendor communications, create an ideal day-of timeline, and ensure everyone sticks to it from morning till night.
