I'm a documentarian and a storyteller at heart. I capture the most real and authentic moments I can, big or small, loud or quiet. I especially love catching moments that the couple might never get to witness except in their wedding photos. I'm based in Philly, but I'm always up for an adventure, especially one that takes me away from home.

Alongside my wedding photography, I've also worked for years as a photojournalist, and that spirit can be seen in all of my images. At the same time, I love a classic, editorial look and this influences my wedding photography style as well. I'd love to hear from you!

Tracie is an excellent photographer and such an easy person to work with! She was also super responsive and helpful which was much appreciated during the overwhelming wedding planning process. My husband and I had Tracie and Matt photograph our 2020 Wedding. They did an amazing job at capturing candid moments which effortlessly portrayed the raw emotions of our family and friends. My husband and I are able to look back at photos and relive our special day, thanks to Tracie’s ability to capture every moment so seamlessly. She’s the best!

Tracie was our photographer for our wedding and we loved the moments she captured! She was able to steal us away for a couple special portrait shots without impeding on the evening. We had an early November wedding and she was nice enough to honor our ask of getting the pictures in time for Xmas presents. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone for their wedding day!

Tracie did a wonderful job on our wedding photos! She captured the day in such a beautiful way I feel like I remember every detail looking at them. She asked for our photo preferences and made sure to get all the photos we had requested. Tracie was easy to talk to, lovely to work with, and very professional. I would definitely recommend her photography for your wedding or event!

I cannot say enough about Tracie's work! My parents were having a 55th wedding anniversary party for close friends and family. A week before the party, with all the planning we'd done, we realized we forgot to get a photographer! We got directed to Tracie from a mutual friend and by complete chance her schedule allowed for her to help us. She couldn't have been better. This was an outdoor party in September and wouldn't you know it, rain moved in and forced most of the attendees indoors. Tracie was a consummate professional and rolled with the punches. She adapted perfectly and was able to shoot things in such a way as one would never have known we were in tight confines and the pictures she WAS able to grab outdoors were lovely. I'm addition, she really blended herself in and seemed like one of the family - this subtly let her grab some amazing pictures as people never seemed to be "posing" for the camera. In the end, she really saved and memorialized our special day and we would use her services again in a moment the next time we need a professional eye that feels like spending time with a friend. :)

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.

For 9 hours of wedding coverage, the collection tends to be about 500 images. I don't cap the number of images that I deliver to a client though. If I think an image is good, it will be included in the final collection. For a shorter wedding or a different type of shoot, I can tell you how many photos to expect when I create your estimate.

I deliver a sneak peek of images within a few days of the event. The full collection of images takes 4 to 6 weeks for me to edit and deliver.

Yes, I love smaller and non-traditional celebrations. I've photographed afternoon weddings at city hall as well as reception-only events for ceremonies that happened in another location. Although I haven't photographed an elopement yet, I would really love to.

Yes, multi-day packages are common when I'm traveling for a wedding, but can be created for any celebration.

Couples can book me as far as 18 months out. I do last minute bookings as well, so if I'm available we can make it happen!

Yes, for most weddings I work with a second photographer. The second can help capture the full story when important events are happening at the same time. At the time of booking, we would decide together whether to include a second photographer in your package. Sometimes I will also bring an assistant to help with lighting or equipment, depending on the flow of the day.

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

In my 12 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my talented colleagues.

Absolutely. I shoot with cameras that have two memory card slots. So on your wedding day all of the images I take are being backed up redundantly as I'm shooting them. After the wedding day I back all of the files up on a redundant hard drive system. I keep everything indefinitely so if you ever lost your files, you could contact me to replace them.
