    Most brides don't expect to hear that their wedding photographer has gotten sick on the morning of their wedding - not the most fun news to receive. Thankfully, our incredible planner had already convinced Dave to photograph our Newport, RI wedding and we're SO glad that he did. He was so empathetic and kind, making us immediately feel at ease even though the first time we met him was the morning of our wedding. He managed our friendly and family effortlessly, and captured the most incredible moments (including the ridiculous dance party that ensued amidst a lightning storm that made us vacate our tent). There's one photo in particular that still makes me smile every time I see it - a candid of my husband and I absolutely cracking up over a best man's speech. I'm so grateful for Dave, not only for his insane talent and skill, but for his uncanny ability to make us feel special, calm, and excited amidst the chaos. If you are ever looking for a photographer in the NYC area or on the fence - Dave is a 1000000% no brainer.

    Dave Robbins is an excellent photographer and, more importantly, an absolute pleasure to work with. We wanted to take photos walking around New York City, and even though it was raining, Dave was a total champ about it and took amazing pictures. We were also looking for a photographer whose photos weren't muted and instead "popped," and this was definitely the case with Dave's pictures. Dave also captured our joy and spirit on such a happy day, and we had so much fun working with him. We couldn't recommend Dave highly enough.
