As you get ready for the most beautiful day of your life, relax in separate party dressing rooms with plenty of seating, excellent lighting and mirrors. A stone patio adjacent to the barn is where many memories will be made with evening lighting and a built-in bar. A beautiful, wide aisle flows from the cocktail area to the ceremony site. At the end of the aisle, a gorgeous pergola meets you at the pond where you can see and hear the steady stream of the fountain.

There is nothing more romantic than a beautiful wedding in a countryside setting! Family-owned and operated, we have hosted weddings, receptions and other special events since 1995. We have a wedding package for almost any budget. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $2500 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $6900 for a full weekend of services including overnight. Elopement packages are available for 2-10 guests and include officiant, wedding cake and toast. Inquire for $. The Farmhouse at Rosa Lee Manor is a recently restored house which is rustic and suitable for 2-4 guests overnight. It's a wooded setting ideal for very small elopement ceremonies.
