About this venue
Apple Ridge Farm is a non-profit venue, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Coper Hill, VA that is perfect for your rustic wedding dreams. 100% of the proceeds from your wedding goes directly to sending children to camp each summer. You can leave a legacy of love by choosing Apple Ridge Farm. Our wedding packages include the use of three buildings on property: the Spangler Pavilion, the Meador building and our restored dairy barn, Porterfield. Every wedding packages also includes a one night stay for the couple in one of our Bed & Breakfast Cabooses. Meador Building
A wonderful space with wrap around porch and large stone fireplace.
The Meador Building features a large airy meeting room 30’X50’in size perfect for gatherings of up to 120 people with tables and chairs. It has a lovely stone fireplace & an adjacent hallway which offers extra space for tables, chairs, catering & bar. There is also a Bridal Room upstairs for use as a private space. The upper floor is surrounded by a covered porch for relaxing and socializing as you enjoy the views. On the lower floor access to the Pavilion & Jr Olympic sized pool.

Spangler Pavilion
Our gorgeous timber framed pavilion with cobblestone bricks & a stage is perfect for wedding ceremonies, receptions, music concerts, & other events.
Our beautiful timber frame pavilion is approximately 70’x 32’ and seats up to 150 people auditorium style under roof. It has a 20’x 25’ stage at one end perfect for a wedding ceremony, a band/musicians, or toasts and speeches. The fans and lighting help make the space charming and comfortable. The Pavilion is adjacent to the lower level of the Meador Buildings which gives you close access to 2 large downstairs bathrooms and lower level meeting rooms if you wish to rent them.

Porterfield Dairy Barn
This rustic space is perfect for a rehearsal dinner, small wedding or shower for your special day.
This charming and rustic renovated dairy barn can accommodate up to 35 people upstairs. Exposed rafters, hardwood floors, and a fireplace add to its charm. This space includes access to a wrap-around porch and deck with views of the conference and includes a small bridal suite. Restrooms are conveniently located just off the main room. The lower floor has a fully equipped commercial kitchen, dining area for 30 people and a game room equipped with a pool table and games. A
