The barn sits on over 100 acres of private, natural beauty where mountain tops, river bends, gardens and watercolor skies become the backdrop to your big day. The barn boasts its own beauty with soaring 30-foot ceilings, Swarovski chandeliers and romantic string lights; you must see the barn to truly appreciate the stunning aesthetic. As you get ready for the most beautiful day of your life, relax in separate party dressing rooms with plenty of seating, excellent lighting and mirrors. A stone patio adjacent to the barn is where many memories will be made with evening lighting and a built-in bar. A beautiful, wide aisle flows from the cocktail area to the ceremony site. There is nothing more romantic than a beautiful wedding in a countryside setting! Family-owned and operated, we have hosted weddings, receptions and other special events since 1995. Reservations include private use of all grounds and facilities - we only host one wedding at a time. Garden chairs, banquet tables, tablecloths in a variety of colors and choice of two centerpiece styles are included. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $3100 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $7900 for a full weekend of services including overnight. Elopement packages are available for 2-10 guests and include officiant, wedding cake and toast. Inquire for $. The Farmhouse at Rosa Lee Manor is a recently restored house which is rustic and suitable for 2-4 guests overnight. It's a wooded setting ideal for very small elopement ceremonies.

Nesselrod on the New is a 13-acre estate in the heart of the New River Valley. Overlooking the historic New River, Nesselrod offers the perfect combination of privacy while being minutes from everything you would need. Built in 1939, the house features a cozy Bed & Breakfast and several outdoor venues to host your wedding. Nesselrod on the New has several advantages compared to other wedding venues. We offer rooms for the wedding party and/or family to stay in, we are located close to restaurants, stores, golf courses, and Universities. Essentially your guests wouldn’t have to drive into the middle of nowhere! Our beautiful Gazebo and courtyard is capable of seating up to 200 people while the same is true for our covered Pavilion. Sinkland Farms is a wedding venue located in Christiansburg, Virginia. Beginning as a dairy farm, this pastoral paradise has since been transformed into a premier events space by Susan Sink and her family. The Sink family is proud to host some of the county’s finest family gatherings, and the farm was awarded Best of Virginia 2018 by Virginia Living Magazine. Our wedding venue is unique because the ceremony, reception, and lodging overlook the beautiful Roaring River. You are just a few feet from the river at all times. The views are amazing, and few vineyards in the local area can rival the natural beauty of our setting. The vineyard has an elegant old-world stone entrance, ponds on each side of the main entrance road, and a beautiful stone fountain. As you pass the door, the vineyards unfold before you – the view is reminiscent of a French hillside vineyard. We are a full-service resort with event venues, lodging, a hot tub building, Chez Josephine Restaurant, a beer/wine tasting room, RV Park, and Harvest Host. We have one of the most scenic sites for your event, with 1.5 miles of riverbanks along the Roaring River. Few sites have an actual river, perhaps a creek, but this is the east prong of the Roaring River that flows down from Stone Mountain.

Original wood beams and early American antiques welcome guests to experience life a little simpler.
