When the building was initially constructed over a century ago, it was designed as a Presbyterian chapel in a completely different location. Dismantled and purchased in 1907; the remaining materials were moved to its current home. Today, it has a capacity of 120 guests and can comfortably host both intimate and extravagant celebrations.

Howard County Recreation and Park guidelines apply that are different from privately owned venues. Mill Creek Falls Retreat LLC began as Camp Donegal. A church camp owned by the Donegal Presbytery.
