Before I was a photographer, I grew up in the wedding industry. Spending my summers surrounded by tulle, sewing machines, and brides-to-be. Long Island has been my home my whole my life and I’m always reminded that I’m never to far from the beach and fall is the best weather. I went to college at Stony Brook University studying business and marketing and keeping photography as my hobby. I chose to name my company Papillon Photography, Papillon in French means butterfly’s. Butterfly’s are significant to most and when I shoot couples, families, product or I’m behind the scenes editing the images are being transformed into something beautiful.

Just like you, I have felt awkward in front of the camera. I’ve had photos taken of me that I didn’t like. When you go on a session with me, I will not only make you feel comfortable, but I will make sure you look good! I will give you prompts to keep you moving and laughing. I'm originally from East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania but I've lived all over the country and have finally landed in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.
