Country Club of Greenfield was established in 1896. It is one of the finest, and oldest, golf courses in New England. On October 22, 2011 the former clubhouse was destroyed in an unfortunate fire. Over the next year, a brand new building was constructed on the grounds of the old restaurant, and Terrazza Ristorante opened its doors on April 1, 2013. The restaurant is managed by Abaz Cecunjanin and his two brothers, Ermin and Erdin Cecunjanin, who also serve as executive chefs. Brown’s Brewing Company offers one of the most unique private function destinations in the Capital Region perfect for your wedding ceremony and reception. The intimate Trojan Room and two floored, multi-room Revolution Hall can accommodate small gatherings of 30 guests to grand affairs with 300 guests. The distinguished brew pub and beer hall setting adds a warm, rustic ambience to the festivities of your special day. The Ruins at Sassafras Museum is the home of the former Shaker Second Family settlement, one of five Shaker settlements in The Mount Lebanon Shaker Village in New Lebanon, New York. We call ourselves a boutique museum because unlike other Shaker Museums that replicate the past, we have interpreted the past and creatively restored each location on the property. You can tour the last standing Shaker Chair Factory, explore the ruins of the Sister's Workshop, Cow Barn, and Hay Ramp, hike to the cemetery where 173 Shakers are buried, and enjoy the beauty of our gardens, waterfall, stream and pond.
