We only host 10 weddings a year, since we give you the whole 31 acres for an entire weekend, as well as provide 5-star overnight accommodations for 30 people. You can leisurely set up your wedding exactly the way you want it. Have your rehearsal on site the night before, sleep on property, and have no worries about traveling to your wedding! We provide tables, chairs, arches, greenery walls, luxury trailer bathrooms, handmade wooden bars, wood rounds, ball jars, and so many more accessories! Finley Catering’s suburban location, The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve, is a perfect complement to our center city locations. Opened in the Fall of 2016, The Ballroom stands as our 4th historical landmark in a pastoral green setting. All staffed and catered in-house, The grand Greek revival facility with its towering columns continues to honor the legacy of Charles Ellis, a local entrepreneur. Built in 1932, the location was used as a school for girls around the Philadelphia area. Now, Finley Catering plans to bring a totally new dimension to our brides and corporate clients by combining our culinary expertise and top-notch service with the idyllic grounds for an outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour along with the state-of-the-art grandiose Ballroom for your dinner and reception. An even better add on, the once- dorm like cottages next door are the perfect backdrop to many first look and couples portraits onsite.
