“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! No one is ever as excited about a wedding as the couple getting married unless you are Cory!! Cory’s enthusiasm and excitement are unmatched and equally contagious. He fit right in as a guest at our wedding- super personable, great sense of humor, and danced with us for hours. Dozens of guests commented to us on how great he was – one guest asked if he was a cousin and one of the bridesmaids even asked why he wasn’t at brunch the day after! We had a very specific vision for our wedding, which included getting married where we met, on the ridgeline of Redcloud Peak in the San Juans, plus a larger ceremony and reception two days later at Winter Park Resort for a larger group. Cory jumped up and down at the opportunity! We met with Cory a few times before the wedding hike to run through the plan. On the day of the hike, Cory and his second shooter, Michael, hauled all their equipment and hiked with us 4 miles up to 13,000 feet for the first ceremony, and then again to the summit of Redcloud to take more photos. Their excitement was incredible- at one point during the hike up, Michael jumped into a stream to get the right shot! The sneak peeks that Cory shared with us of the summit shots were unreal. On the day of the Winter Park ceremony and reception, Cory directed so many fantastic shots of family, groomsmen, bridesmaids, and the party ahead of the ceremony and Cory and Michael were at the right place in the right time for the entire night. Cory danced his way in, out, and across the dance floor all evening to get amazing, intimate angles of us and our guests and they also both found and captured some really beautiful moments throughout the night. Cory’s direction and guidance in getting the right shots during every phase of both days was absolutely unparalleled. His eye for capturing feelings shared by people is unmatched. We loved having both Cory and Michael at both of our weddings and are so overjoyed that they could be there to share those days with us. We could not have imagined a better experience with a wedding photographer and couldn’t recommend Cory enough!”

“June 8th had finally arrived and we were BEYOND excited to get our elopement underway. We had spoke with Meg and Kevin several times over the phone to talk over all the details of the big day— all the conversations helped build our anticipation of the big day. They were SO invested in ensuring we had the best, most memorable, elopement day possible. We received our sneak peak while we were on mini-moon in Destin and we were overwhelmed with excitement at how good they were. We even joked that if all we had were the 60 or so pictures in the sneak peak we would be content. However, upon the arrival of our full gallery, we were obsessed with them! We were so emotional as we felt we were reliving our big day. Meg and Kev’s ability to capture the raw beauty of nature and our raw emotions are second to none! There are so many wonderful pictures, we are going to struggle picking our favorites to print for an album. They are so so SO beautiful and amazing! Meg and Kevin made the elopement super fun to where the pictures did not feel forced or posed. Almost as if we were on a hike with our besties and getting married at the same time. They went above and beyond to accommodate us—from prior prep with location choices, activity suggestions.. to day of things such as having a wagon for things we could not fit in our hiking packs. They were awesome! One hard thing in regard to planning, was being out of state and not being able to see the locations before picking them. Not to worry though, once we settled on a site, Meg and Kev hiked it ahead of time to get current pics of the location along with timing the day out with the required additional hiking. They built trust and confidence with us to ensure that everything would go smoothly. Lastly, since it was just the two of us, we wanted an officiant to make it feel a little more official. Kevin CRUSHED it as an officiant. He took bits and pieces from our phone convos to the surveys we filled out to make it personable. It was SO well done. We still chose to exchange personally written vows, in a different location apart from the ceremony (to fit our hermit personalities) while Meg and Kev captured the moment from afar. “Y'all... I don't even know what to say about how much I love Laura and her husband, Drew. Not only did they capture our wedding day brilliantly, their presence actually made the day even better! Laura is exceptionally great to work with. Her paperwork is easy and prompt, she responds to emails quickly, and will even set up a virtual call to discuss whatever you would like. Her prices are fair for the amount of photos you receive and the quality of her work and service. Laura did our engagement photos and wedding photos. Scheduling our engagement session was easy and stress free (as was the wedding, but you probably already guessed that!). We met her in Miami since she was down there anyway. Laura was down for an adventure so we went to a botanical garden where we got eaten by mosquitos but Laura was positive and having fun the whole time. The photos are GORGEOUS and we used them for all of our wedding materials and website. We have gotten so many compliments on all of our photos! Laura and Drew arrived a day in advance of our wedding and let us know when they arrived so we had peace of mind. They were on time to our wedding (if not early) and stayed until they were contracted to leave, not a minute early. They were having so much fun at our wedding and captured so many amazing moments. As a note, they are super fun but also take their work very seriously and were busting their butts the whole day to make sure they caught every precious moment. Laura and Drew made us feel so comfortable. They are hilarious and go-with-the-flow but also make sure they stick to the timeline and are diligent about getting every picture you want. They arranged all of our bridal party and family photos, making sure they all looked good. Laura and Drew are also very sensitive to family matters. We have some complicated family dynamics and they handled them like champions, making sure our day was stress free. It is clear that Laura and Drew are committed to making sure the couple has a wonderful stress-free day. Laura carried around my extra makeup all day so I could blot my face and I'm pretty sure Drew served us drinks at one point because we were thirsty taking pictures. All of our friends are obsessed with Laura and Drew - we still talk about how much we love them several months later - because they are actually that wonderful. Laura and Drew are EXTREMELY inclusive. We are a same-sex couple and were so comfortable with them. All of their paperwork is gender neutral, which is not something I can say for our other vendors (no shade, it's just the truth) and it was sincerely appreciated. Some of our friends use they-them pronouns and Laura was sure to get this information in advance so she could make sure to call everyone what they prefer. We received a surprisingly large sneak peak of photos the day after our wedding. All of our friends and family were shocked at how quickly we got all those photos, but it's because Laura is an editing machine. We got all our other photos back well within the timeframe provided. There are literally hundreds of photos and every single one is perfection. Laura even did a little bit of photoshopping that I requested, which I really appreciated. Long story short, look no further for the wedding (or other event!) photographer of your dreams. Laura and Drew are truly one of a kind (well, two of a kind) and they will make your wedding day exceptional! I wish I could get married again so I can hang out with them more.”

“Malachi made our elopement absolutely awesome! He was recommended to us by a photographer friend, and when we met with him online and found out he was a bird person just like us, we knew he was perfect to photograph us. His work obviously speaks for itself; look through any of his photos online and you'll see he is a master of his craft. The other aspects of an adventure wedding with Malachi are that he makes you feel comfortable, can find beautiful locations to take you, and has every piece of gear you may need available in his truck and all you need to do is get married! We met Malachi 2 weeks before our spontaneous elopement. We wanted to catch the aspens while they were still yellow so we had to move quickly and he was up for the challenge! He scouted out various locations that we might be interested in (aspens, lakes, mountain overlooks, etc.) and we narrowed down the sites we would visit 1 week before. With that said, definitely go with the full-day elopement option! It reduces stress because you don't need to stay on a tight schedule and allows you to visit a few locations for photos. We didn't really have any specific requests for our elopement besides seeing the aspens and gorgeous nature so Malachi just offered up some great ideas and we went with those. He made the whole process super simple and stress-free for 2 very indecisive people. The day of our elopement we had some rainy weather that would make hiking less than ideal because clouds would block some mountain views. He showed up at our lodge and offered to rearrange our order of locations so that we could still catch some clear skies. It was nice to not worry about sticking to a schedule and just do what worked for us. Malachi brought one of his super fun birds on the trip too!!! The trail we hiked up to our ceremony was perfect. It was a beautiful forest with aspen glens that we got changed in, and only saw 2 people right when we parked. The rest of the day, we had the trail all to ourselves. Malachi took photos throughout the hike, and during and after our little ceremony. He did a wonderful job of directing 2 awkward and dorky people so that we looked natural and happy and less-than-awkward in all our photos. The photos turned out beautifully! Everything about the day was perfect. It was stress-free, fun, and the pictures captured our love for each other. Malachi was an amazing photographer/elopement planner for 2 easy-going people so we definitely recommend him for your adventure!”

“I don't even know where to start! A few years back I found Bethany's photography page on Facebook, I loved her work so much that I have been following her since then. When the time came that I needed to plan for my own wedding this year, I did not think twice and reached out to her as soon as we got the final date of our wedding. At that time, I did not even know where the celebration would be or what theme/colors we will choose for our wedding. I booked her even before finding my own wedding dress! Trevor and I literally only had three months to prep for a whole wedding. I just knew in my heart that I had to book her first before anything else! She sent us a long questionnaire so that she can have an overview of who we are as a couple and to find out what we expect from her. This showed that she makes all her services very personal. The first time Trevor and I met her were during our Engagement shoot. That day was THE most stressful because there were thunderstorms, and our shoot was going to be outdoors. Bethany has been so responsive while monitoring the weather every hour and mind you- she had to travel from NC to VA that day and was very punctual. We ended up going for the shoot because the rain stopped, and it ended up PERFECT! Trevor and I never had the experience to have a professional photoshoot done before, but Bethany made it so easy for us. She gave us cues on what to do and she just captured raw emotions which accurately reflected Trevor and I’s relationship. It was very fun and natural- no awkward moments at all! Here’s the best part- She sent me the sneak peeks of our photoshoot right on the next day! I didn’t have to wait for so long to see some photos and those kept me patient while she worked on the rest of the photos for the weeks to come. The sixth week came, and she sent me all the photos and we were just so obsessed with them! I even had one printed out on a large canvas as our welcome sign for our big day! Bethany went ABOVE AND BEYOND and created a program for our wedding which was very helpful for our wedding planning. She wanted to make sure that everyone (videographer, DJ and MC) will be on board and all the activities will fit on the timeline. On our wedding day, we were running late because of hair and make-up and Bethany stayed calm and still took the best prep wedding photos. She captured everything from the church ceremony, outdoor photos during cocktail hour, and the whole reception. I made the perfect decision to book her for the whole 8 hours. It was well worth it. Since she specializes in outdoor/destination weddings, our indoor ceremony and reception photos still DID NOT disappoint. She captured our emotions as well as of our guests, details of the wedding, all activities, and the dance party. She is amazing at what she does, she loves capturing moments and it shows in her work! Even though she works alone, she was still able to capture EVERYTHING on our wedding day. It’s been a whole month since our big day and I still can't stop looking at our sneak peek photos! I am so excited to see the rest of the photos and we are very grateful that Bethany was the ONE we chose to capture our Best Day Ever. She deserves unlimited stars and I highly recommend her!”
