“The value for photo and video combined was great for what we wanted to capture on our wedding day. Leading up to the big day, we had prep calls with our main photographer, Sarah Dodge, and videographer, Brian Perez. It was helpful to share what we like and don't like and talk through specific elements we wanted highlighted. Sarah is so personable and easy to work. We didn't want forced poses, so Sarah made a point to catch special moments throughout the night and got beautiful shots. We really appreciate how down-to-earth and upbeat she was. Brian was very easy-going and pleasant to work with as well. He and the editing team did a great job with our video, making sure we could look back on all the great memories for years to come. One thing we'd appreciate is if Timeless could scale back their initial questionnaire. It was very thorough but to the point of being redundant because questions became repetitive. We noticed the answers weren't leveraged as well as they could have been. For example, the secondary photographer didn't read about our preferences ahead of time--she was asked to capture the groomsmen getting ready, and basically asked my husband what to take pictures of instead of referring to the notes we already submitted and taking ownership of her role. Overall, it was a great experience working with Timeless and we would recommend them for couples interested in photo and video options.”

All of our flowers were fake because I was also worried about the heat wilting our flowers. I only rented bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and a dog collar- but I wish I had rented my centerpieces as well! Amazing experience with SBB all around!”

“I ordered the "peaches and cream" small package. We decided to skip on ceremony florals, and only have handhelds and bud vases at the reception. We did buy a few more flowers from the grocery to add more peach once the flowers arrived. We made and medium sized bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 3 corsages, and 7 bouts. (With lots of flowers left over). My bridesmaids and I did the arranging the morning before the wedding; it was fun, and a great start to the weekend. None of us had experience, but it all turned out great! If you or your bridal party are mildly crafty, I'd highly recommend it!”

“Lacie made our wedding day the weeks leading up to it so enjoyable and stress free. As I stressed about our timeline for the day, Lacie sat down with me and figured every detail out & made it seem so easy & I was so happy with everything we discussed! On the day of, she arrived early to take pictures of the girls getting ready & had the help of her husband to take pictures of the boys, and they were both so amazing. They were so present and fun to work with at the wedding, all while making sure we stayed on schedule! We even got some sneak peeks back like the next day, which made us so happy. They exceeded our expectations with the high quality of pictures they were able to get. They’re both simply amazing and such kind & fun people, we can’t thank them enough for making our day perfect!
