At Common Ground Center, you’ll find everything you need for the wedding day you’ve imagined – beautiful rustic facilities, breathtaking mountain scenery, and the freedom to bring your ideas to life. This is a place where your family and friends can gather, relax, and celebrate for a whole weekend while enjoying nature, exclusive site use, and each other. Our 700-acre camp is available from mid-May to mid-October and can accommodate up to 200 ceremony guests. Common Ground is located just 30 minutes from Burlington, Vermont, allowing for easy travel for family and friends coming from far away. This venue is the ideal place for DIY-minded couples who have that picturesque, green, rustic Vermont wedding in mind. With a variety of venues for small and medium-sized celebrations, each space offers plenty of flexibility for you to arrange and decorate however you’d like.

Nestled in the Green Mountains of Vermont, the Mad River Barn is situated on 17 beautiful acres of gardens, woodlands and streams. Hosting only one event each week allows us to offer a weekend-long destination experience that you & your guests will enjoy and remember forever. On the hill behind the Main Barn, our state-of-the-art post & beam pavilion provides couples with a rustic, elegant space for dinner & dancing on Saturday evening. This space is conveniently located next to the ceremony site and encompasses a stunning pergola. The Main Barn building is home to 8 of 18 inn rooms, as well as both our dining room & pub. Adjacent to the Main Barn is the Farmhouse, housing two bunk-style rooms. Just across the parking lot sits the Longhouse & Annex comprised of an additional eight inn rooms and offering a bit of privacy from the hustle & bustle of the main events.

At The Tillerman, we like to make people feel at home. We are an inn, restaurant and event space restored and reimagined from its 1790’s bones and we’re all about the small, meaningful details that create sense of place. When folks leave here they feel like they have had an experience that feeds the soul. Our food is impeccably sourced from local farms, producers, vendors, makers and ranchers. We are entirely committed to quality and keeping our food simple and rustic. We want our guests to feel like they're going to a big dinner party at their friend’s house who also happens to be the best cook and host they know. Sleepy Hollow’s Round Barn and Pavilion feature a majestic view of Vermont’s famed Camel’s Hump from the large reception area that can accommodate up to 165 guests. Have your wedding ceremony by the pond, cocktails under the pavilion and dance the night away in the 17 sided Round Barn. Included in our wedding package is a two-night stay in our eight distinctively decorated guest rooms. Each offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains or our pond. Awaken each morning to a delicious breakfast. We also allow camping for weddings and have a bonfire pit.
