West River House is an homage to a Vermont covered bridge and houses an art collection to create a museum-like experience with breathtaking views over Lake Dunlap. A dining area under the covered bridge has 25-foot high ceilings and provides a Harry Potter feel with interiors of the bridge designed using original barn wood. Pass to the lake side of the house and there is floor-to-ceiling glass, balconies, patios, and vestiges of Mid-century Modern masterpieces. The venue features four luxurious suites on massive balconies, two kitchens to make any chef jealous and a spectacular sound system in virtually every room. A new 4100 sq ft patio cantilevers over the edge of the lake with a 40’x40’ tent included in the deal for celebrations and dining lakeside. Access to a 100’ dock brings your celebration to the water for boating, kayaking and fishing.

Rockin' R at Riverbank is a great location for a casual event with live music, drinks, food, and river access! The property has two bars, one cliffside and one river-side, and space for yard games and setting up along a stretch of the Guadalupe River.

The Old Mill Weddings & Events Center features architectural treasures such as light grained cathedral wood ceilings and beams, beautiful stained concrete floor, elegant wrought iron staircase, a splendid rustic centerpiece chandelier and of course the Old Mill Wheel, reminiscent of the origins of Gruene Texas. Our 12,000 sq ft facility can host weddings of varying sizes, from intimate gatherings to larger groups up to 350. Many couples choose to have their ceremony under the majestic hill country oak trees.

Texas Rock House is a labor of love. My grandparents built the house and barns in the 1940's as a working farm for their family. My mother was the youngest of seven children that grew up here. I grew up almost across the street with my mom (Joyce), daddy (Buddy), and brother (Larry). Larry and I spent almost every Friday night here - listening to his records on Grandma's old record player or sitting on the back porch swing counting the number of cars on the trains as they passed by. Whether you are looking for a memorable barn wedding venue for your special day, a unique event space for your corporate meeting, or a beautiful place to celebrate one of life's special moments, the Texas Rock House is the place to be! Within Granberry Hills, there are two venues to choose from! The Hillside can accommodate up to 350 guests, with indoor and outdoor spaces. The indoor ballroom is enveloped in both glass windows and a wrap-around patio. Next to the ballroom is the covered pavilion itself, ideal for hosting ceremonies. Our Gardenside location features a ballroom that can accommodate up to 290 people. For ceremonies, choose between the intimate arbor outside or the covered Gardenside Pavilion. For the benefit of your guests, each venue has ample and free parking for your guests. Our packages also include a wedding day manager (coordinator) who organizes each event and ensures that the wedding schedule flows in a timely manner.
