Built By Dimmick Drake in 1906, Castle Inn was the last of the great hotels to be built in Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania. Terrain at Styer's, is located on the historic site of J. Franklin Styer's nursery, a Philadelphia landmark for over 100 years. With over five acres of everchanging blooms and greenery combined with a variety of historic spaces, the property serves as a stunning setting for celebrations of all kinds for up to 110 people. In addition to our bespoke event spaces, Terrain at Styer’s boasts a terrain retail store and Terrain Cafe. Wind in the Willows is a space of country charm and modern elegance. The stone barn is heated and air conditioned to allow for use year-round, and provides beautiful views of the well-maintained grounds. The property also has a cottage and bridal suite for the wedding party to prepare before the wedding day begins. The gorgeous outdoor scenery provides the perfect backdrop for outdoor ceremonies. Indoor ceremonies can be held at the Wedding Chapel, a mid 19th century church - renovated and temperature controlled. The chapel is also available for receptions.

The Manor at Mountain View was the perfect find for the owners. The rustic feel with modern-day conveniences was a must. But, what was also a must was to have a venue that the word beautiful could not even describe it but, yet to keep it affordable so that so many people could come and enjoy this spectacular piece of property. The Tavern (Groom's Tavern) has its original barn beams as this was at one time a bank barn. The rustic charm matches the rod iron chandeliers in the room leading to the tavern. In 2007 the former owners built an addition to the facility that speaks volumes, equipped with windows throughout to show off the amazing view... It really is breathtaking. Today the owners have renovated all the rooms in the building but, kept the rustic charm. It brings the family great joy to see so many people happy when they visit the property and to be able to share so many events with the individuals that rent the property is a joy that is indescribable.

Located in the beautiful countryside of Southern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Osbornia Farm is a brief and scenic drive from Lancaster, Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Baltimore and surrounding areas. The twenty-five-acre property is easily accessible from main roads yet is secluded and surrounded by beautiful trees, farmland and a creek to offer our guests privacy. Situated on the property is a beautiful 1800’s Farmhouse, bank barn, granary, and other farm buildings. These buildings are all surrounded by trees and a flowing creek and features a tree lined farm lane and rolling fields. It is as peaceful as it comes, feeling completely secluded from the outside world.

Drumore Mill is a different world. It is nestled in a corner of the most rustic township in Amish Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The mill was built in 1752 as a sawmill and a grist mill. It sits in a hollow with 30 acres of tall cliffs and old trees to provide privacy, warmth, and natural beauties. There is a pristine creek that meanders through the property. The Fishing Creek supports native trout and other rare small fishes. The waterfall is adjacent to the buildings. There is a hiking trail within the property. There is wetland and much more. The combination of rustic setting, natural beauties, and historical features makes Drumore Mill amazingly beautiful. One has to see it to believe it.

This National Register Historic Property was developed in 1856 offers a 1/2 mile frontage on the Hudson River with panoramic views of the Catskills. Imagine dancing the night away on the banks of the Hudson as the sun sets behind the Catskills. There is no other venue like this! Not only does our Summer and Fall rate include use of these riverside grounds but also the barn complex that the Livingston family erected. Spend your wedding day down by the river and use the barn complex for a welcome party. Our property can accommodate multiple events. We offer a discounted Spring Season the first Two weekends in May and a Regular season of Summer and Fall. Tours are given most days of the week and are by appointment only. For couples that live far away virtual tours via Facetime are offered, weather permitting. Virtual tours last as long a regular tour and therefore are also by appointment only. For over a century, Cairnwood has been hosting wedding receptions within its halls. The tradition began with John and Gertrude Pitcairn opening their home for a marriage celebration in 1896. Today, the Estate is available for sit-down dinners with 200 guests or an opulent stations-style event for up to 275. The graciousness of the Estate provides a setting that departs from the ordinary with endless indoor and outdoor possibilities. The distinguished architecture, terraces, grand staircase, balconies, and flowering gardens inspire couples to welcome guests into their own spacious mansion for a unique and memorable celebration.
