Our venue is designed to provide you with a once in a lifetime experience. Our grounds are maintained to capture the beautiful natural scenery provided by the Susquehanna River. We offer over 2 acres of open space to facilitate both your wedding and reception. There are many Airbnbs within walking distance as well as a campground with cabins for guest lodging. This is an outdoor space, so tents are recommended (currently not included).

Bridal suites and a professional bartender are also included to enhance your experience. For out-of-town family and friends, we offer a three-day package accommodating up to 10 guests to stay at the Mohler House the night before and the night of your special day. The building that houses the Club was originally built in 1928 by The Women’s Club of Allentown. It was later purchased by The Bar Association of Lehigh County in 1991, where it underwent extensive renovations to restore it to its original grandeur. In 2008 the building underwent a $250,000 renovation to once again update the facility with new carpet, hardwood floors, audio/visual, upgraded kitchen appliances, fresh paint, a new bar, resurfaced parking lot and the creation of an intimate garden in the rear of the building for outdoor intimate affairs. Today, the building currently houses the offices for The Bar Association of Lehigh County and is available to the general public to be rented for special events.

The manor was originally owned by Christian Hershey, of the chocolate family, who built the house in the 1700s. During the 18th century, it served as a tavern on the Conestoga wagon trade. In the mid-19th century it became an inn and hosted numerous travelers. Purchased by James Hale & Louise McClure Steinman in 1927, it was fully renovated and restored in 1930 by architect Frank J. Everts. Among the venue’s many visitors was the great-nephew of Edgar Allan Poe. Today, the estate abounds with natural beauty, where it boasts 3,300 varieties of annual flowers, 160 perennials, 160 rose bushes, and 400 tropical plants.
